I called before driving in and the service advisors were friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. This is important for me as I never would have driven 2 1/2 hours. Impressive inventory selection. Prices are reasonable. They allowed me to purchased the demo Pelican Getaway on sale at an amazing price and I love this Pedal Kayak! Amazing leg work out. I can't say enough about this place I really was blown away from the beginning to the end.

Awesome store. Very knowledgeable service advisors. Looks like an impressive company. Lots of customers lined up for entry. Kayaks rushing out the door. At least they have stock! Great experience. We drove one and a half hours to buy our inflatable kayak. Again...they had stock and price was fair and reasonable.

5 star customer experience! I was looking for a SUP for myself and my husband. I am from Ottawa and wasn't happy with the selection with the few shops we have in Ottawa. I called up the store and spoke with the owner. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. I was able to pick up my order the next day. The owner took the time to show my husband and I how to tie down our SUP to our roof rack so we didn't damage them and would know how to tie them down properly in future. The website/store has great selection for outdoor water activities and I would highly recommend you check them out!

Julien et le crew provide a positive, happy experience everytime I go. I received help choosing roof racks for my kayak and they showed me how to install properly. Good service all around 👍

Guillaume helped us buy kayaks. Best salesperson ever! This store has the best staff and service that I have seen in a while and made us feel welcome and helped us find what we wanted. Aerosport is a good place for your water sports needs!

Thanks to Aerosport and their Kiosk at the Boat Show in Montreal, we discovered (and bought from Aerosport) the Hobie Tandem Island. It has already made our summer amazing and we are just getting started. Staff at the Oka location were knowledgeable about all the product lines, options, etc. Took the time to help us load the boat and describe all the features. Would not hesitate to order any other parts or new kayaks from Aerosport.

I love this place. Super friendly and professional. We bought everything we needed in less then 20 mins. Very good prices on everthing including roof rack, binders, paddles and obviously kayaks.

I'll admit it was a slow day! My wife and I had great service and Rene was so informative on the subject of Kayak's. We are looking forward to our future on the water:)

Absolutely best selection and knowledgeable staff around. If you are looking to buy or rent a SUP ( stand up paddle board) kayak ect. Do not hesitate to stop here.

Éric le propriétaire m'a dit stress pas j'ai sa en stock je te le met de cote en arrivant il ma bien renseigner sur tout l'équipement que j'avais besoin sans me vendre le stock le plus cher mais vraiment adapté à mes besoins. équipe attentionné et passionner je recommande à 100%

Nous y avons acheté nos vélos électrique IGO et sommes très contents des conseils reçus ainsi que du prix.

Bel endroit avec un énorme choix de planche a pagaie. Les employés et propriétaire étaient super serviable et à l'écoute. Beaucoup de démonstrateur pour bien voir les choix.

Le personnel est super sympathique, patient, professionnel et passionné. On m'a bien conseillé et on m'a accordé tout le temps requis pour être bien informé sur mon achat (2 sup gonflables Bote) Belle variété de planches et accessoires.
