Great location. Amazing experience. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Kris went above and beyond to help me get my order and tracked down extra inventory. Location appeared to be well stocked, clean and everyone was wearing face masks. Had a hand sanitizer station. Markers to help keep everyone 6 feet apart. Lots of parking but it's a tight parking lot to navigate. Close to the highway. Thank you for your help.

Medium-sized store with excellent and fast service

Convenient little LCBO in downtown Whitby. Doesn't stock some of the more niche items, but overall has a great variety for its size and well stocked on the items that they do carry! Friendly staff.

Smaller store and less busy than others. Usually great selection. Seemed to be outta stock on two items I wanted. No mags of sparkling wine couple days before new years eve

Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Will go out of their way to find a LXBO that has a product you want that is closest .

I don't typically shop at this location as it is a very small store.

However, on my visit today looking for a wine to use for cooking and to serve with my dish, I spoke with Kris and was blown away by his knowledge.

His recommendation paired up perfectly with dinner.

Excellent selection of beers, and in a cooler too! Freshly renovated store is very welcoming and easy to find whatever you need. Big improvement.

Great little store. In and out in no time at all. Selection is limited on dark beer and craft beer, but otherwise everything you need is there.

I phone and asked if they stocked the wine my son in law likes. They did so I went and picked it up. Staff very helpful.

Lots of parking up close. It wasn't busy at all. Everything is labeled with signs above so it's easy to find what type of drink or what Brand you're looking for. Staff is super friendly and people were good at following the restrictions. Highly recommended 🍺🍹🍸🍺🍹🍸🍾🍾🍾

Although it's a smaller location, it's very well organized and has a great selection of wines, spirits and beer. I got a great tasting bottle of Robert Mondavi cabernet, bourbon barrel aged, delicious. Price was also acceptable.

Small store but they had Dr.McGillicuddy's Butterscotch Caramel liqueur. 26oz bottle 21% under $20.Nice mixed with half&half on ice

I had family visiting from Montreal who couldn't find a certain Smirnoff Peach Beverage back home. As a non drinker, I suggested calling our liquor stores to see if they carried the drink.
I lucked out!! The staff were very helpful over the phone and made it easy to pick up my order when I got to this location. Would recommend to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff at this very accommodating LCBO.
They even suggested buying more to save on the price. So my family went home with their favourite drink, and I know what to bring the next time I visit.

Good selection for a smaller lcbo.

Remodel of this location looks great. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Right across the street from FreshCo so it makes getting what I need even more convenient. COVID-19 related safe practices in place and followed.

Small condensed selection. Store is well kept and staff is helpful. Parking is close and ample.
