I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mark at Home Depot, and I can't praise him enough! His respectful, kind, and attentive demeanor instantly put me at ease. He remained calm, genuinely concerned, and apologetic as he addressed my situation with the paint I purchased. Mark's understanding and clear explanation of the issue truly helped me, and I left feeling reassured and grateful. A five-star rating doesn't do justice to his exceptional customer service!

My recent visit to Home Depot was a great experience. I needed to buy some tools and soil for my lawn, and I was fortunate to have Sandy and Kristen there to help me. They were both incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they made sure I had all the details I needed to make informed decisions about my purchases.

Not only did they provide excellent customer service, but they also recommended some products that were on sale, which helped me save some money. It was clear that they cared about my needs and wanted to help me get the best possible value for my money.

Overall, I had a lovely experience at Home Depot thanks to Sandy and Kristen. They were an amazing team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance at the store. Thank you, Home Depot, for employing such dedicated and helpful staff!

Home depot is one of my favorite place for any of my handy work needs for my home.
The only thing I don't like about them is the online inventory says they have item in stock but when you visit they can't find it.

The employees at this particular Home Depot are knowledgeable and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would like to point out that Shawn-Elise has OUTSTANDING customer service skills.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Today I was in and when I was asked what I was looking for I jokingly said inspiration. Lorena took the challenge and found the perfect solution for my DIY project. I really appreciate how far she went to help.

This was my first visit to this Home Depot, as I have other closer branches, however, this one was the only one that had water washers for rentals. After picking up the washer and arriving home, I found out that the adaptor that connects the water hose to the device is missing! I had to rush to another nearby Home Depot to buy an adaptor, however, it seems that it wasn't the right size as the water kept on leaking and thus the water pressure coming from the washer's nozzle wasn't enough to clean properly, that is beside the mess created by the leaking water that kept on gushing from the side of the washer. This made me stop and I had to return the device without performing the cleaning that I intended, and I ended up wasting my entire morning in the process. But hey, they gave me a "generous" $5 discount for my trouble! Update: Home Depot reached out to me and provided me with a $50 gift card, which was a nice gesture.

Was able to find a step ladder at $40 cheeper than any competition. Also picked up a new electrical outlet and strawberry, blueberry and Raspberry plants for our balcony.... While i was doing that my wife was shopping for a chandelier those too were a fraction of the price of competition.... I know were to shop for deals now !!

I needed some screws to put together a dinning table. The sales associate were extremely helpful, made me wow for the service they’ve provided. They’ve went above & beyond to find the right screws. Put the table together, right all the sizes & gave me the right socked. I’m really impressed. Kudos to both associates. Proud on home depo staff. Keep the great work up. Amazing

Best Home Depot in the Oakville/Burlington area. Friendly personnel and not overcrowded like other locations. Easy highway access as well.

Every time I visit this location I am greeted with friendly and attentive staff, but this time an employee named Tuba who was still training, outdid herself. I was hesitant to ask someones who was still training my difficult question related to bath hardware, but she listened carefully to the problem and made some suggestions. After showing me a variety of options, I settled with what she recommended was best . If I have any other bathroom needs in the future, I will be sure to seek Tuba for assistance.

A big thank you to Terry and Trevour who went above and beyond to help out a customer. I have always had a good experience shopping at the Burloak store and it is my go to for any home improvement needs.

We purchased oversized item and we were very pleased with the service that Mark (the Duty Manager) provided. He was very patient and went above and beyond to help disassemble the item in order that it would fit in our vehicle. My husband would like to express that he was greatful for all Mark's help and he was eager to do whatever was needed get the item to our home. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

I just came to the store to find a product that I wasn’t sure that they have it here , Julia saw me while I was trying to find the flooring section and from the first moment she was finding a way to help me, the product was not in the right place and that's when Anho and zack arrived (sorry if I misspelled the name) where together they all looked for a way to help me find the product, scanning and searching and the top of the shelves, until julia found it, they bring it all the way down and put it on a car so I can take it . it was a great teamwork and very pleasant to find people who are willing to help. Thank you for all the support!!
