Got a new stove installed
I was not home but my girlfriend said they kept the house very clean as they drilled the hole for the chimney. Just had a couple of minor hiccups, nothing worth getting into but solved very fast.
For that I would not hesitate doing business with them.

We are extremely pleased with the service and installation of our new propane fireplace. The technicians were very courteous and knowledgeable and took their time staying well into the evening to get the job done, done right and cleaned up afterwards.

The service was done, efficiently and effectively. The technician was helpful and professional. We had issue with excessive charges on the invoice. Patricia at the office listened to our concerns and dealt with them quickly. We appreciate her professionalism and support.

We ABSOLUTELY LOVE our new fireplace…we use it almost everyday…we barely need to turn our furnace on…I can see the savings are going to be significant!

Although your tech was on time and very good, (thus the 5 stars), this does not make up for the fact that the first serviced was done on December 1st, 2023. In that service call, two techs came out, looked at the fireplace, said a part was required and that the part would be in the next week. 13 weeks have gone by and no communications. I called last week, and the office apologized and said that our file showed two parts were required .... set up today's service call. Fireplace still not working .... winter will be over shortly and the fireplace will not be required.

We had a fantastic experience working with The Heating Source.
They supplied and installed a beautiful Pacific Energy Super LE wood stove.

Bob came out, took his time helping us decide what our options were. We had an idea what we wanted but it was great to get his feedback.

The staff in the office were on point and very kind. Any time we called, we were happy to have someone answer the phone.
Any emails sent, we had a prompt and helpful response.

When Bob and Mike came to install, they were on time and didn’t disappoint.
They took great care to keep the area clean and were very respectful of our home and barn.
They worked seamlessly as a team. All parts of the job were treated with much care and detail, this included the work in the attic and on the roof. They were very smooth and professional about how they managed our install.
The end result was a fantastic install.
Bob took the time to talk about use and care of the stove and chimney.

From the day we called to book an appointment with Belinda, got the quote and completed the wood stove liner… they were very professional, friendly, priced reasonable and more than happy with the end result. Our service man was professional, assessing the problem with our gas fireplace in a timely and thorough manner. Jack correctly determined the cause of the problem which lessoned the costs with unnecessary parts replacement. He explained what the repair well.
