This no frills had such an amazing selection of everything. The no frills I usually visit has way less than this. The staff was also very friendly.
And the store was very clean.
I'll definitely be back before the roads get horrible, it's a half hour away which sucks.
But Tim and Heather, you get a solid 10/10

Great place to shop ,staff is friendly

Most of the staff are friendly. Always great deals. I love that they price match some stores, I can't get to those other stores if they are out of town and it helps me save a lot of money. I've found that their produce has gotten better over the years, it's not as bad as it used to be. I can actually buy produce and not have to worry about eating right away as it would go bad.

I shop at Tim and Heather’s no Frills via PC Express every week and am usually very pleased with my experience. Last week there was a bit of a mix up with my order so I called and spoke with Tim. Not only did Tim handle the issue quickly and efficiently but he assured me that there was a plan in place to avoid this in the future. Tim went above and beyond to ensure I came away feeling heard, happy and satisfied and I did! This week when I placed my grocery order I was surprised and impressed to receive a phone call from Tim. He was calling to go over my order and to reiterate his commitment to excellent customer service and support. I cannot thank Tim enough and wanted to let him know his dedication has not gone unnoticed. I really appreciate it!

Great selection of products at this No Frills but my favorite part about it for me would be the location, it's right off the main strip in Shelbourne making it easily accessible to get in and out fast.

You got to love the pricing! and availability. Very inclusive of a variety of international foods. Easy and user friendly to purchase from the web and very communicative to ensure you get all your products before pick up and during pick up. (emails, txt msgs, and phone calls), you wont be left wondering about your order.

This is my go to place for groceries. Love shopping here. Tim and Heather run a very clean, well organized and well stocked store. The signage throughout is clear and their prices can’t be beat. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Price matching at cash is very efficient. The new Healthier Choices aisle is a great added touch as well, for people looking for healthier options or are on special diets.

We love No Frills! Carts are only 25 cents which is handy. Store is clean and very well stocked. Love coming here every few weeks (we alternate between here and the OS location)

John the owner is still friendly and has definitely moved forward with a ton of store improvements. Staff has improved considerably and the store is looking awesome with all the updates and recent renovations. We have noticed that the produce department has improved considerably which was our biggest issue. Lastly...we have noticed more reduced stickers to clear almost dated products which offers a bit of a deal to those on more of a budget and helps the store sell items prior to their expiry.

Friendly staff and owner John. Great place for boxed or canned goods but can definitely improve their produce department. The so called produce manager argued with me regarding brown and moldy fruit, she suggested that I had no idea what I was talking about because she just checked it all😕. Lastly we have gotten home and discovered that items have expired, check the dates.

I love this 🛒 I drop in here when I come back from the city on my way to Owen Sound

First thing I noticed here is that alot of their produce is from local farms which is great. They also have a pharmacy there which is very convenient for a small town. Alot more visible minorities are moving out here so, a international aisle would be great! Overall, it's a great place to shop with assertive employees always willing to help out. I was quite surprised when I moved out here and realized they had a No Frills so, I'm extremely grateful to have one in the area.

This is our main grocery store and we're very happy with the wide selection, amazing prices, and exceptional service. I often joke whenever an employee goes out of their way for me (which happens a lot) or when I find an item I wouldn't expect at a discount grocery chain (also a common occurrence) that they should call it "Unexpected Frills" and not "No Frills"!
