First time here and if you have someone you would like to get something unique for, you'll find it here. So many original items and many from local vendors if not all. I was looking for something specific and the service I received was awesome. She was friendly and efficient, a very nice change. Only thing I did find was most things are expensive, bonus being who you are buying for won't likely have what you've bought. Try this place out, worth the trip

I am extremely upset with the lack customer service my Aunt received when she went to pick up a shirt that we put on hold yesterday during the Black Friday sale. We were in Southgate and they did not have the size we needed. This great (at the time) employee found it for us at the St. Albert store. He got them to hold it for us to pick up today. I asked him not once but THREE TIMES if they (St.Albert) would honour the sale when we picked it up the following day. He said YES!! I even said would it better to buy a shirt using the sale and exchange there? He said no they will honour it!!! I purchased a shirt in the Southgate store, and we gave him
my aunts name for the hold because she offered to pick it up for me on Saturday. Fast forward to today she went to pick it up and they ABSOLUTELY were not going to honour the sale price, they phoned over to Southgate (after being rude to my Aunt) and THAT EMPLOYEE LIED and said that he did not tell us that!!!!!! The St Albert employee contacted their manager and the manager said they WOULD NOT HONOUR the sale price. Are you kidding me?!!! I took my Aunt INTO this store to SUPPORT LOCAL!!! We went out of our way to go into this store! I needed shirts for my son, but I certainly did not need to buy them there. I could go, AND WILL GO BACK, to the big brand stores from now on. I have told so many people about your store, I thought it was a very cool idea. You lost us. After travelling across town to continue to support you this is what we received. No thank never again. I will say they EVENTUALLY honoured the sale price but not without a fight. We now understand with management like that the Southgate employee was probably scared to admit he offered incredible customer service that the management would not stand behind.
