Store has lots of different nuts, cookies, butters, and spices with good qualities.
I was lucky to buy some almonds which were still hot and fresh with great taste.

I also liked the way they put their nuts in big engraved metal pots which was really impressing.
I will definitely buy nuts from here from now on. Good quality and good prices.

The staff was super friendly and knew a lot about nuts. They answered all my questions, gave me great advice, and also let me try some samples. This made my visit really enjoyable.

We'd ordered from here online before I ever visited in person. The products are awesome, but the store is like something from Diagon Alley. Sara, the resident dried goods wizard, passed us little samples out of rows of enormous pewter goblets until we settled on the saffron and lime nut mix. Much more fun than your usual bulk store.

Good quality. Sarah suggested that I should taste Pistachio cream. It tasted delicious and I bought one. Everyone loved it. She's always helpful when I need new items

I've been a loyal customer of Ayoub's for a considerable time. Today, upon receiving an email advertising a 20% discount on gift cards, I eagerly visited the store to make a purchase. Regrettably, the customer service representative seemed unaware of the promotion. After showing her the email, she initially agreed to honor it. However, moments later, while I was occupied with my shopping, she informed me that the offer was only valid on December 26th. Despite showing her the email's clear mention of the offer lasting until December 31st and attempting to explain, her response was rude and unprofessional. Her interruptions during my explanation made the interaction uncomfortable to the extent that I felt discouraged from continuing my shopping experience.

Update: Following the manager's response to my review, I reached out personally. Amir was incredibly understanding and apologetic. Thank you, Amir :)
