Ren's Pets is a great place to shop and an inspiration to see a Canadian company started in 1975 grow. It's great that Toff from KX94.7 shows up and supports this business too. Fun day today. Beau has yet to destroy his squeaky. 😁 The team there was very kind and inviting and helpful.

My fav place to shop for my pet's daily needs and grooming supply. Love their friendly and helpful sales.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great point reward system and lots of variety in food and toys. This is our favourite place to go for our puppy’s stuff.

I know, I know, that doesn't really say much, but if you need any sort of supply or item for your animal of choice, Ren's has it! I was shopping for bird seed, and Ren's price was better than anywhere else.

Lots of parking, close to the highway, and easy to get too. Combined with an almost too large selection of foods, toys and other pet stuff, Ren's offers a one-stop destination.

Curb-side pick-up, and delivery are options too if required. The staff was super helpful and friendly which will have me coming back for more in-store shopping experiences.

Anyways clean and friendly staff. A little pricey but good selection. The online ordering needs to be better.

My first time visiting Ren's with my fur baby Picchu. Very well organized store, clean and easy to find what you need, a wide selection of everything for your pet. Lots of parking and the store is huge. Staff were all accommodating, friendly and super helpful, we'll definitely be back.

Excellent service & advice. Very helpful & friendly. When our puppy was two months old we left his new day old harness on for a minute, turned around, and he had chewed right threw it. Our fault, we came back the next day to buy a replacement and they gave us a new one free of charge. Griffin loves it there!

Went during their huge sale, they had great discounts and a very large selection of items ranging from toys to food. Staff is very friendly and understanding.

I love this location. There's another one closer to where I live but this location has more selection for our bunnies and our rescue hamster.
Staff is always happy to interact and answer questions. In fact, this is the first place in a while I've been ASKED if I need help finding anything while I was searching for some items. Typically I have to go try to corner someone to help but here they just ask on their way by.

So much variety of raw food, kibble, wet food and every pet item you can think of! The staff here always are so nice and offer Butters a treat every time. They have a weighing scale as well! Butters loves coming here :)

Last time I visited, a worker convinced me to buy these wood chews called Gorilla Chews. I was skeptical since paying 20$ for wood seemed outlandish but I gave it a shot on his word... And I'm glad I did! I originally got one large and one small for my two dogs, thinking that the smaller fussier dog wouldn't be interested, but I had to stop by today and grab another larger one for him too since he kept stealing the other one from the big guy. Overall staff are friendly and helpful and will also help you carry out your items if you buy too much to carry yourself... And if you have a dog who likes to chew, give those gorilla Chews a try!

Love this place. Always such helpful, engaged staff. If they don’t have it, they’ll recommend a place that does. I love that because it’s truly about your pet, not always a $. That’s why I keep coming back. Thanks for the new hoodie!

Always a great time at Rens. We bought a new collar and some treats it was our first time at this location and it was a wonderful experience. Everyone was really nice and gave Indy lots of love and treats. She's already chewing her fav benebone!
