Lavage auto manuel tellement décevant! Les boxs sont trop petits, les cannes sont dans l’eau par terre, la pression est très faible, la largeur du jet tellement petit! Impossible de rendre votre auto propre par ce moyen.
Le système de lavage auto a été refait à neuf. Même si extrêmement cher, le résultat est plutôt bon!
C’est le lavage auto qui me fait mettre deux étoiles sinon ça resterait à 1 étoile pour le lavage à la main!

Employé ne lave pas la salle de bain. Toujours un plaisir d'aller dans cette toilette 😂😂

I wasn’t going to comment but I’m over it 10 years I have never had an issue .. couple weeks ago I asked for gas 😒she couldn’t understand English so I spoke in French she still stood there
Confused. I lost 4 min trying to tell her how much gas I need in English and French. I left….. obviously she didn’t understand😒 because she forgot to stop the pump😒.

Today I sent my daughter in for gas she said oh they doesn’t speak English they didn’t understand me but she had my proper change so I’m like ok. Go pump the machine it’s not working 😒so I go in the ladys cleaning the floor( 🤭ohhh yah I forgot)😒.I’m confused it’s not my job to click the button. I’m starting to feel like there’s a language issue as they wanna giggle like it’s a joke.

This is a typical Couche-tard, if you go after 11 for some odd reasons the workers hang out a lot in the back room and do not answer the bell. I understand you didn’t accomplish much in your life and that you are now stuck working at a gas station for minimal wage, but your bitterness should not be directed towards clients.

Polite staff, but never any coffee. Hardly ever restocked for one of the busiest couche tard gas stations.

J'aimais bien allé au lave-auto automatique du Couche-Tard à Verdun. Ce matin, je présente la carte fidélité me donnant droit à un lavage gratuit au 5e lavage et par mon grand désarroi ils ont décidés qu'ils ne respectaient plus la promotion. Je veux bien comprendre qu'ils désirent arrêté cette promotion mais ayez au moins le respect d'honorer jusqu'à la fin celle-ci. Je n'en reviens pas surtout que j'allais régulièrement mettre de l'essence et prendre un café. Pour moi c'est fini cette station service. Quelle manque de respect auprès de leurs clientèles.
