I’ve recently came across this store’s website, and decided to try it out after seeing 2 brands of E-Juice that I like on there. I ordered a few bottles of different brands, decided to try new ones as well (All of them are really good). The packaging was awesome, nothing could of broke during the shipping. I have received my order the day after placing it (pretty fast as they are based in Ontario and I’m in Quebec), and got the free shipping (with orders over 100$). There was also a hand-written message from the staff on my bill which I appreciated! I will definitely order back on a regular basis! Thanks for the good service! :]

I don't usually get impressed often with places and their customer service. Well, here's a big 5 stars for you guys. The gentleman that helped my girlfriend and I today was not only great on his customer service skills but also knew his product inside out, which made our lives very easy. Great job. Worth the drive to Oakville to see them again!

Visited this shop for coils and batteries for my Drag X pro. Was my first time here. Excellent service. Asked for some recommendations on which coil was best for me and rather than guess or stretch the truth the employee researched it for me. Above and beyond kind service is to be had at Vape360. I will definitely be back. Highly recommended it.

1. The staff was extremely easy-going and helpful. He found a best choco flavor suited me in 3 tries.

2. The staff was patient for my questions about compatible coils for my atomizer.

I’m new to vaping. I went in the other day and can’t say enough about the staff. He took the time to explain everything to me in great detail and made me feel comfortable as a new customer. I ordered my vape, came within 2 days (I had to order it because they were sold out of black). I went in to pick it up and it was a different staff member, also very knowledgeable and very nice dude. We chatted and he re explained everything to me. High recommendation for Vape360. Great loyalty program too. Dropped by the shop for my first time last week. It has a very relaxed vibe. I was surprised by how large it was for a shop on a 2nd story. The employee there was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about all devices and future devices that are to be released within the next couple weeks/months. Great selection of juice, mods, rda's, and tanks. All in all This is a GREAT shop that I will definitely be visiting again.

It's been long overdue for myself to write a review for Vape 360, so here goes.  I purchased my first Vape about 13 weeks ago and it was also the last cigarette that I've had.  As I walked into Vape 360 I was genuinely floored with the attention to detail, layout of the products and seating for customers.  As I approached the case to figure out which device to buy I was greeted by Jackson, who is and still is the most knowledgeable individual I have meet in all of the Vape stores in my area.  He walked me through all of the inner workings of my device and made sure that the first juice I bought was exact to my personal preferences.  Each and every instance I've ever had a questions or concern about my device or purchasing and new tank or mod, I've had customers service that reaches above and beyond. In my opinion Vape 360 is the standard by which others should grade there store layout, customer service and atmosphere.  Thank-you to everyone at Vape 360 and all of the enjoyment that you've provided in my life.

I received my order within two days of placing it. This is the second time I have placed an order with your business, both times on Monday, and both times they were delivered to my door on Wednesday.
To be quite honest, I didn't think Canada post was so efficient!

Having said that, I appreciate the hand written note inside the parcel. It definitely lends a human touch.

The uturn cucumber mint is the ultimate in flavour, imo. I have tried dozens of others, but this one is absolutely the best!
