I never have any problems at Source,all DUPER KIND , RESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES .This past week I went to book my a cell I had bought and the helpful server LAURA ,went above and beyond to help me ...As I am not too good with tech,I entrusted my cell to her ,case and all ,and asked her to hook it up ,SHE ENTERED MY ALL MY INFORMATION FROM MY OLD CELL, 🙂 into this new one , I took note of her name ,just to thank her for her help and patience with me ,And they always have great sales ,I bought a small JBL Bluetooth speaker,more than ½ off.......The sound is amazing... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE SOURCE....⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great customer service. The representative helped me right away and did their best to give me my online order quickly even though they were swamped with customers for boxing day. I'm impressed and very grateful to the staff!

Thank you to Sara and Nudi who were able to solve a long-standing issue with an item that another store was not able to refund and refused to assist me with!

I had attempted to contact their support over the phone after the other store pretty much waived me away telling me to "go to another store for help". Over the phone support pretty much were unable to help me and never called back either.

Sara tried her best to assist me and when the system was not cooperating, Nudi took over and really helped me out. They were very understanding that it was extremely inconvenient, and resolved my issue by contacting headquarters on my behalf.

Very grateful that there are still good people out there, thank you very much to both of you!

It was an amazing experience after quarantine. I am new in Verdun and the store manager was so helpful for me to find the best plan for sim card and new phone. I really appreciate the service and highly recommend the store.

Super fantastic service , Reda(I hope I spelled his name right ) was amazing ! Manager was great too ! I walked in wanting to buy AirPods and I left with a new phone and AirPod pros with the sickest deal ! Honestly best client service I’ve experienced in the past couple years ! If i still worked in sales I would try to poach them for my company !

I purchased a SIM card today to switch cell phone provider and was served by Nader. Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I got back home to activate the SIM card and there were problems activating it and keeping my old phone number. I went back to the store half an hour later and Nader was quick to recognise me and come forward to assist me. He went above and beyond by calling the new provider and figuring everything out with them over the phone. He was extremely patient dealing with this whole situation and resolved the problem very efficiently. I am very pleased with my experience today and the level of customer service I recieved from Nader. I will reccomend the store and praise his customer service and people skills to all my friends. Thank you so much for really making my day!

I had good service by Nader the manager buying a bluetooth speaker but on top of that he offered me an excellent service offering me a very good deal with Bell that allowed me to save a lot of $$ on my tv/internet/phone service provider at home. Thanks for that Nader, I recommend you get his help since he was very useful in the process to make it as smooth as possible!

Nader, and staff were above and beyond helpful! Those guys are on top of it, and will give you great service and deals you wouldn’t not normally get with sub standard customer service. Above all I’d recommend visiting the store on Wellington
