Very impressed on how clean and organized the store was. Sarah helped me with an exchange and was fantastic. great customer service. It is nice to see a place that still cares when every other business doesn’t care about customers. Sarah and her team obviously take pride in what they do and it really shows !!

I was very impressed with the customer service I received over the phone. I called in to check the availability of a product, which showed they only had 2 items left. The young lady who answered the phone was very polite. She then checked on the computer and did a visual check on the floor to make sure they had the product I was looking for. They were able to put the product on hold for me, which was great as I needed to drive out to this store. When I arrived and asked about the product on hold, she knew right away that I had called and grabbed the product for me. Customer service was amazing, and with that service, I would definitely come back to that store.

Deon was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the products, had a great customer service experience, in picking out work boots and compression band to help with my ankle injury. Definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Bought a jacket for my mom and I must say store cashier Nathans personality is very welcoming he seems to like his job though everyone should be welcoming I could see he went the extra mile to make today a wonderful day and offered us great assistance 5 starts from me rock on bro.

They had a fantastic selection of Jean's! I was so pleased, as I am a woman over 6 feet tall and they had my Jean's in the right length. Overall, the staff was extremely helpful and had product knowledge. Its always nice to purchase Levi's at a great price.

Had a great experience as always. Helpful staff guided me to what I wanted with zero sales pressure, and even at cash mentioned one freeze dried meal I chose was excellent so I grabbed 2. Always a great experience shopping here.

I arrived for my appointment today to buy safety shoes and was greeted by a friendly staff member who went through a brief covid screening. The woman was extremely helpful and recommended the perfect safety boot. Very pleasent experience :)

For the service and attentiveness of staff

I was here 2 wks ago looking for a dress boot that could double as a light winter boots for suits. I was pleasantly greeted by the young lady cashier on duty (very rare these day in businesses) i knew it was genuine.

I continued to where I thought the boot would be. I needed help finding it since I was not familiar with this location and since I saw the sale online. I Youngman saw that I needed help stopped what he was doing and came to my aid. ( Very rare in businesses ) we did not see it on the shelves but luckily I was able to look it up online were he could then do a more thorough search.

I was fortunate. If it weren't for my interactions with those two staffers and their genuinely wanting to help and attentiveness, I would have left disappointed.

I will post their names whenever I go back.

Found what I was looking for, in a clean, organized and friendly environment. Got a nice offer too : buy one get second at half price.

Very pleased with the wide variety of workwear and casual clothing. Huge range of sizes as well- which is quite uncommon. The boots are a little on the expensive side, but it's sort of expected because they have a large variety to choose from.

The only Marks that had my shoe size in stock, the store was really clean and the associate at cash was very friendly. If I lived closer this would be my go to Mark’s!

From last 2 years, I am visiting and buying shoes and some other stuff from this location. I never had a single complaint or to exchange product.

Needed to make a quick late night purchase for warehouse work. Sarah was fast and efficient in finding what worked, at a good price.
Friendly, polite, professional... Sarah is a credit to your organization and its recruiting/training.

There's a lot of stuff here, better than the Mark's inside the Canadian Tire locations. Their prices are okay, but if you need some non-tool work gear, they probably have it.

I have visited almost every store for my winter shoes and undoubtedly Marks has the best collection and price among all of them. A big thumbs up to them. Checkout their online store as well.
