Been using the self serve car wash for many years but today I had an incident and its not the first time. Both bays were in use so I was parked on the gas pump side waiting for one of the bays to be free; just as one of the cars was pulling out a car pulled in from the other side, what I call the exit side, and took the place. I said to the person that I was there first and was waiting for that spot. He swore at me told too bad and refused to move; its an awkward situation.
Maybe you put signage up marking which side is the entrance and which is the exit, I think it could help with problems like this? I've seen it before where cars are lined up on both sides to use the same wash bay.

Recently I broke down on the highway as my transmission failed. I got towed to this station as it was close to where I was and they helped me out a ton. Very nice people that were extremely honest and affordable. Never having a transmission completely go on me, and not being mechanically inclined, I had no idea what my options would be. They found me a used transmission over many calls, but told me having it rebuilt is another option that may be more affordable. I didn't know this was an option either but the thing is, they don't rebuild them themselves but told me places that do. I ended up having mine rebuilt closer to my home, but to me this just shows the honesty of this team. They could have gouged me but didn't whatsoever and in turn, saved me money and recommended a separate company. If I lived closer, these would be my go to people 100%.

We buy a lot of our gas here and also use the brushless car wash. It is convenient and we have also gotten our vehicles rust-checked there. The other good thing is the air miles we collect and there are mechanics on duty as well if you need work done and coffee while you wait.

Pay at the pump is a lot quicker than other stations in this area. Really good car wash. Has a pet washing station too. Convenience store has a lot of items.
