Withrow's Farm Centre

I love this place! You can get fresh, local produce at reasonable prices (some almost half of what Sobeys or Superstore are selling for their "local" produce". They now have a larger selection of gift warehouse and a lovely garden centre. A friendly squirrel has decided to move in and helping himself to some of their black seed. He even loves posing for pictures! Perfect place for everyone to come for ice cream 🍦 and you can sit and socialize with neighbors at their picnic tables.

We love that we have discovered Withrows! We didnt realise that there were different locations, but each one seems to have really great options! The one near Mt Uniacke has a really great outdoor space for apples, pumpkins and other produce. We got the best carving pumpkins from there for only $5! The location near Elmsdale has an amazing meat market/full service butcher. So far, we have tried their pork pinwheels, bacon and schnitzel. If you havent been here - you should go!!

Lots of great things to buy at this location, from foods to gardening items, flowers, fruits & veggies, decor, jewellry, baked goods and of course, ice cream. You don't come away empty handed when you stop here. Friendly, helpful staff as well.

Love going to Withrow's. The prices are great for local fruits, vegetables and bakery items.

Best price and portions for ice cream cones around! We also get as many groceries here as possible, fruits and veg are very fresh and lots of local supply. It's always a sad day when they close for winter

This is a great Famers market because they have more there than most farm markets do. This is a little out of the way for us, but I believe we all need to do more when it comes to supporting our local farmers.

This establishment was clean, well maintained, and organized. Everything was very well laid out which made it easy to find what you are looking for. I also really like that they carry other local products there as well.

There is a spot on the side of the building where they serve icecream and there was a Gluten Free Food Truck parked on the other side of the parking lot which we did check out.

All in all this is a great farmers market to visit and we will be back. I just wish we lived closer.

A great place to pick up your fresh fruit and veggies. Added bonus, they have a good selection of plants and gardening accessories.

Best place to go for ice cream!

Very reasonably priced, often on par pricing with the big stores or better which is very unexpected. Incredible quality for the dollar. Very healthy and amazing quality transplant plants and friendly helpful staff. Shuts down in the winter which is incredibly difficult for us hahaha

Our local haunt for fresh veggies and fruit. Lots of plants too! Staff is always super nice.

This place is wonderful. They just did some renovations inside and opened it up around the cash. And made it easier to see the flavors at the icecream bar. Baked goods are sensational. Veggies/fruit are fresh, delicious and seasonal. Not to mention their beautiful greenhouse full of annuals and perennials!

I've been taking my family to Withrow's since we moved here 4 years ago. The ice cream is cheap, they sell mulch in bags that is cheaper than if you buy in bulk and the plants are definitely affordable compared to city greenhouses. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Visited for the first time. Parents stopped for Strawberries. I looked at the scooped Ice Cream and saw that it was Scotsburn. Bonus was that they had Tiger available. Please never change from this, as I know where to go for Tiger now!!

Loved all the fresh, local produce and meats as well as all the unique gift ideas.

I love this store there corned beef is awesome and there fruit and veggies are always fresh.

Amazing staff, some of the nicest people I've met. Great selection of fruit and vegetables, along with eggs bread and pretty much anything you'll need.

Withrow's is such a sweet little spot equipped for country living needs. It has a beautiful nursery and a little shop that has fresh local produce, goodies, basic needs like butter, milk, bread and cheese. The have ice cream too!!! 32 flavours is advertised right now on their but that can obviuosly change daily :) I picked up some soil for my vegetable garden and blueberry bushes and I grabbed Grampies brand and I happen to know it's great soil for growing produce so I was able to grab what I needed as they are fully stocked with erverything you could ever possibly need for your gardening needs. I love how big their parking area for being such a quaint little store. The nursery is small bur filled to the rim with shrubs, small trees, plants and other varieties of house plants and succulents. I was impressed by how they are also follwoing Covid19 protocol can asure you you will safe while you shop. People maintain their respective distnace and the staff at the cash are behind plastic shiels that are placed at the cash register area. You should check this place out.
