Excellent service! Very easy to deal with. Always a pleasant experience when dealing with Team Vincent and all of the staff.

We popped into Vincent motorsports a few weeks ago to pick up Bob’s bike after its regular service appointment.
Not only was the work done in good time and no surprises with the bill, when we walked in, we were greeted with enthusiasm, and in fact, both Megan and Andrew jostled about who is going to chat with us first.
Always wonderful to get in and see everybody over there and can’t wait to get out on the ladies ride with my sister coming up in May.
If you’re looking for a bike, this is the place to go. From the front door to the back end, everyone is super accommodating and always happy to chat for a while to see how we are doing and what adventures we’ve been on.

I have been speaking with Dom from Team Vincent in regards to our run for dog rescue. Not only did he and Team Vincent donate a wonderful prize , but he has gone over and above to answer any questions and extend his help. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable. 100% Honest review; came in to look at my first Sea-Doo (SD). Henry helped me from sales and I had an extremely positive experience with him. I told him I didn't want anything crazy, I have a boat and a Harley already and don't need another toy, but want one. He pointed me to a 23' Spark with 27hrs for 9K. It had extended warranty, audio and convenience packages and was a very good deal. Henry didn't try to upsell me or offer me anything else I didn't want like most used vehicle sales - he was a gem. He also threw in a mooring line, SD T-Shirt and all safety equipment at no charge (paddle, bail bucket, fire extinguisher etc). Henry advised they would do an oil change and a full inspection before pick up 3 days later.

When I came to pick up the SD it wasn't the smoothest, Henry was busy with a customer so they asked a technician to do a pick up inspection with me. We found the engine cover was broken - this should have been found during the inspection. They very quickly found a new cover and replaced. I also inquired on a spare key and the tech offered to do it for me on the spot, while doing so he found the machine needed an update for the IBR, which did on the spot, but also shows me the pre-pick up inspection likely didn't happen. Fair to likely assume oil change didn't happen either.
For the trouble they gave me 15% off of everything else I bought that day like anchor, straps, spare key.
All in they aren't perfect they re human, but they have great people working as a team and they resolve issues instantly. Will 100% be back. 5-Star

1st time here for service on my Spyder, made appointment by phone. Work was done, and very happy with results, the service staff, and service manager Megan, very friendly and answered all my concerns. Purchased some items from parts they were very helpful in finding the best deals for me. I wish I had bought the Spyder here and not a Energy Power Sports. Will be returning for all future service and sales.

This is the 3rd Can Am Spyder I have purchased from Team Vincent and the service has always been top notch, the few issues I have had have been dealt with as quickly as they are able. My new 2024 Can Am Spyder had a minor issue and it was immediately looked after. Everyone I have dealt with at the dealership are always smiling and friendly and explain everything. Recommend this dealership for sure.

I came here to order parts for my Skidoos and had a great experience. Super friendly staff and quick delivery of the parts I ordered. The store has a wide variety of sleds and gear for snowmobiling. Great shop and great staff.

After going to a couple other dealerships and realizing their sales staff didn't display what we thought was a proper level of knowledge regarding their product we went to Team Vincent. We were very impressed with Henry's knowledge and expertise so we purchased our new Commander XT and can definitely recommend Team Vincent Motorsports for your Can-Am needs.

I bought a new ATV from here in August and have also purchased more items since last August. Every time I’m here the service is amazing and I always get answers to any questions I may have. I will always by any upgrades or anything else needed from here. They also have an amazing Yeti department for anything you need.

I was in need of a couple Yeti's but had no knowledge of the different styles and colors available. I saw a post by Dom regarding these and they have engraving available so I messaged him for assistance. He was quick to reply, gave me a variety of options and acknowledge this was for a charity event.

Team Vincent is your go to for Can Am, Ski Doo and all other motorsports. Take a drive/ride out to Ayr and ask for Dom he will take great care of your needs no matter how big or small.

The staff are friendly, professional, and attentive to my concerns. The tech’s always do an excellent job addressing issues and provided transparent recommendations. I highly recommend Team Vincent for their outstanding service and expertise.

Up graded my Ryker to a 2018 RT LTD. Pick up date was coincidentally to be on my birthday.
When a part was needed but wasn't going to be in in time it didn't look like it was going to happen. Once my wife told them it would be my birthday they made it happen by getting the part from another bike.
These guys know customer service. They made this an amazing day.
We love our new Spyder and know that Team Vincent will be there to support us and make owning it a great pleasure.
