Canadian Tire

The Canadian Tire has an auto centre and a garden centre. They are definitely following covid guidelines and have accommodated that with their pickup service which is quite a good idea. The staff in there are very friendly and very helpful. The store is very clean as well. It truly has a lot of what you need in there. It is definitely a wheelchair accessible. The prices are very good right now and some of the sales on making it a little easy on the pocketbook. There's ample parking out front and is also hooked up to the plaza here.

Great little store. I didn't interact with any staff, other than the cashier. Knew what I wanted and where to find it. Lots of selection, and feels.bigger than it is.

Canadian Tire in Paris has some very knowledgeable and courteous staff. They have a comprehensive array of products.

Quick helping customer service associates who are very knowledgeable. In there areas. Cashiers are all fantastic at checking out. Except for last Saturday the you chap on cash must of hag a bad day cause he was terrible. Hey it happens. 😀

I arrived tonight at 7:55 unaware that the store closed at 8:00. I was looking to purchase a large item. I realized they were closing and explained to the manager what I wanted and she immediately said it was no problem. She then quietly asked two of the staff to get the item I needed from the trailer. It was obviously a significant task but I was reassured numerous times by the manager and the staff that they were happy to help. Everyone was smiling and helpful despite the fact that I was keeping them busy past closing. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

I recently bought 4 Adirondack chairs. My home store had only one in stock and I was looking for four. Fortunately another store close by had the number I needed. I went there and purchased them and took them home. The product was really of high quality but had to be assembled by myself. I went through the process of sanding and staining one of them prior to putting it together. Unfortunately I found this to be more than I was expecting and I decided that maybe just having one would be a better idea. So I went about the process of gluing and screwing the chair together and was so impressed by what I had just done.I actually built an Adirondack chair and it looked great. No mistakes were made in the process and now it’s my favourite chair on my new patio. Had I been a much younger person I would have assembled the other four chairs no problem. I’m in my 70s and more happy to sit in chairs than build them. Great product!

The parts guy older guy went above and beyond to help me try to find a wiper that would fit we even looked up similar models and specs 😂

I drive into Paris to the store specifically and avoid Brantford, Hamilton - Upper James and Cambridge stores. This is the one store I seemed to have found what I wanted and always had good service from the staff. The older Automotive counter guy is outstanding! He seems to have good product knowledge and patience in helping get the right products.

It’s clean and well organized and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. The store is also not so big as to be intimidating, although I love the huge stores sometimes. This is my go-to Canadian Tire store.

Went there for an oil change. They didn't only do the oil change, they made a small inspection and found out, that my steering rack was broken (I once had trouble with the steering, so it made sense to me). They told me it would cost 1500 $ and offered me an appointment in two days. I called a couple of other garages to check their prices. They all told me, that they couldn't make it cheaper and could only serve me in seven days.
So I booked the appointment at Canadian Tire. They gave me a drop-off and pick-up service for free and after 6 hours I had my car fixed for only 1260 $!

So the guys at the garage are awesome and they don't charge you too much money, even if they could!

Every member of the staff I talked to was friendly and helpful. So all in all a really nice experience and I strongly recommend going to Canadian Tire in Paris!

Older, smaller store but incredibly well stocked. Friendly, helpful staff who actually know where product is located in the store. Overall one of my best experiences at a Canadian Tire, well done Paris.

I love this store.
They really have so much to offer at good prices. Tools, hardware, BBQ supplies, to hunting gear. And tons more in between. Their app is great to help find stock availability as well as the corresponding shelf location in store.

The staff are always willing to help you with anything. Always have a good shopping experience here!!!

Paris has to be one of the greatest CT stores in existence along with Ancaster. Love seeing Merlene, who is the nicest person up front, several times now she's been there to help me with things outside of a standard purchases. It always feels like she has your back even though I feel bad bringing her random questions, the odd return etc.

Canadian Tire head office if you are listening, this lady needs to teach all of your incoming staff how to illustrate the perks of your
CT Triangle Select. I work in customer service and sales ops and typically gloss over these types of cards but over 3 visits she really identified how much you actually make back and the perks of this card without being pushy, identifying the actual useful perks all without seeming like CT management told her she has to. It's the only points card I have outside of my credit card now.

Keep it up Paris, you're doing it right! Your entire staff are always fantastic to deal with.

The Store I shop at is bit small but they always have what I’m looking for

Came over from Cambridge to get something that was out of stock there. Staff were all very pleasant, and stock was nicely dense and well packed. Noah was very helpful in tracking down what I needed and getting it from out the back. May well look for reasons to come back here!

I was returning brake pads that I bought for my son using cash. I had bought them months ago using the list he gave me so I knew nothing about them and by the time I got them home he had decided not to fix the brakes but to buy a new car. I didn't have the receipt when I went to return the brakes it was in the old car. The man in the auto department still took the brake pads back even though I didn't have the receipt and it had been more then 30 days. They didn't have to but they did.

Was a very friendly store and had no issues with finding what I need at least 99% of the time.
