This location happened to go out of their way for us, all thanks to Emilia and staff for helping us over come over obstacles and get what we needed done here at the store. Great team great location.

Just moved to the area and used this pharmacy for my prescription and they are absolutely great. Professional and were very patient with my request. Will definitely be returning. 24hrs open is an extra perk

The pharmacist at this location is super lovely and helpful! I had a consult with her this morning for a minor health concern and she was able to help me quickly and with kindness.

One of the Pharmacists just caught a potential interaction with a new prescription and another medication I am taking. She took the initiative to fax my family physician with the issue and give some options.

Yes, the pharmacy is busy. But my experience has been that they care and are there for you. When it’s your turn you get 100% of their attention. Have never had a problem with rudeness or disorganization, or any of the other problems mentioned in earlier reviews. Have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes at the most for service. Meds have always been ready when they say they are, and in fact can be delivered free-of-charge.

This is a great Shopper’s — they are fully stocked and the staff are helpful and friendly.

I was just at Shoppers Drugmart at Thirdline and Dundas in Oakville and this review is for their beauty department. I had the most wonderful experience with Isabelle (or Isabel), a beauty consultant with an affiliation with Clinique. She exceeded expectations with her extensive knowledge across various beauty brands. Her expertise shone brightly as she skillfully assisted in color matching me for a foundation with her recommended Estee Lauder brand, showcasing a commendable understanding of her beauty and skin care knowledge across diverse products. Isabelle's commitment to providing insightful guidance makes her an invaluable resource for those navigating the world of cosmetics and skin care at Shoppers Drug Mart. Beauty counter is really helpful and friendly when you walk in, rest of store staff is friendly and quiet. Store layout is easy to follow and very clean, everything is always in its place. Pharmacy works as best as they can. I’d imagine that their proximity to the hospital has them filling a large volume of prescriptions for regular and irregular customers. They do a good job given how stressful it is right now to work in retail/service sector during a pandemic.
To everyone giving this place a poor rating, please understand that these are humans, not robots. They’re doing the best they can during a pandemic with limited staff and delays on medication arrivals from drug companies. Please treat them with respect, and you’ll get the same back. A little compassion, empathy, understanding, and compromise will go a long way during a pandemic. So instead of getting frustrated with staff, take a breath and be polite. If you can’t do that because you’re in a grumpy mood, just bite your tongue and try your best to be nice. We don’t know what they’re going through in their lives and they do not deserve verbal abuse or major attitude from you at all. You wouldn’t want to be treated that way, so why treat others like that? Treat others the way you’d like to be treated please.

After 10 hours in Oakville hospital ER with my 1.5 yo daughter, we were exhausted and frustrated. It was nearly midnight and the pharmacist S Patel at this shoppers really pulled through for us. When I walked in, she immediately jumped up to help. I asked how long the wait would be and she waved that thought away, saying no wait, she’d get the prescription filled right away. She was kind, reassuring and patient answering my questions. My experience with this wonderful person doesn’t end here. My daughter woke in the night having been sick to her stomach. I called the pharmacy at 5am and to my relief the same pharmacist answered. She was again so kind and clear in her instructions and very reassuring. Exactly what I needed at 5 am as a stressed out mom. Fast forward to the morning and I had to call again with another issue. She was still there at 8am and even that far into her night shift she was so kind, so patient and compassionate. She made me feel better in a very stressful situation. I felt taken care of. I wish more people were like S Patel. She is the kind of person that makes the world a better place.

Got my covid booster vaccine here. It was easy to book an appointment. No line ups. You book appointment online. You fill a form inside the pharmacy and you are taken in within no time.

Special shoutout to the pharmacy student, PERRY, doing his rotation at this pharmacy. He is intelligent and knowledgeable. Gave all his time and provided some valuable information.

I don't normally write reviews.....but I have just had a very positive experience from a very caring and helpful pharmacy staff person called Nadine...over the last couple of days, she has been so helpful in procuring a special cream that I needed and ensuring it was delivered in a timely way. I wanted the senior's discount so she held the order until Thursday and right on time, my order arrived. Flawless and correct. Thanks Nadine!! You are a credit to your team at SDM at Third Line!!! Keep up your great customer service!

John, the pharmacist, was very helpful with my minor ailment assessment. He provided helpful information about the medication, a tip on saving money, and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

I took my 92 year old dad in for his covid vaccine June 6. The service was fantastic. From Paulina the amazing pharmacist to Verina and the rest of the staff. George the young pharmacist administering the vaccine was impressive. From his respectful and polite demeanor to the fact that he knew it was the anniversary of D Day. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks to all the staff for going above and beyond.

Robyn in the pharmacy was a fantastic help yesterday in helping me figure out some administration issues between the pharmacy and my insurance company. I visited her desk 3 times in half an hour and she was always helpful and never frustrated, heads my concerns and addressed them best she could. Thank you very much Robyn!

Emilia is wonderful - she helped me with a return and made an exception for me, I spend a few hundreds a week in this location so she completely trusted me as a loyal customer. She was also swamped with a big line and dealt with it with patience and poise.

I would like to thank Dian from cosmetic for her great customer service! She's very knowledgeable, pleasant and sincere person! She always gives me good makeup tips as she knows the products so well.
