Picked up my wedding suit tonight and am very pleased with the quality and fit. Mike was amazing helping me out. His knowledge and patience are much appreciated.

Great place to order a custom suit. I worked with Bill, he was very professional and helpful. Talked me through all the options and spent time making sure I got exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be back in the future when I need another suit.

Bill helped my husband so much selecting his wedding outfit. He gave him options, explaining the different styles and choices. He gave us space to discuss and try things on without pushing us to purchase anything at all.
He even gave my partner his size without even asking him what size was he.
He offered us to modify the clothes at no additional cost, so we could leave with the full clothes ready to go for the occasion.
Even though the prices were a little to high for us, the quality of this clothes are amazing, and no one can beat the service we received at this place.
Highly recommending this place to anyone looking for high end clothing.

By far the best suit retailer in the TRI CITIES!! Had the most amazing experience with Bill as our clothing consultant. We had a horrible experience at different retailer earlier today and this COMPLETELY turned it around. Bill was attentive and he cared, there was no judgement— he got to know us personally and truly wanted to help us. We were shopping for my fiancés suit for our wedding and it was such a phenomenal experience. We also met Mark while cashing out our purchase and the whole team went above and beyond - mark gifted us a gift as well to celebrate our marriage. Channers has great high-end clothing and I recommend them to all my friends. I have been going there for a decade or more. I met Mark many years ago. He is great. I have been working with Mike now for probably 6 years or more and he is incredible. Couldn’t recommend Mike more. Yes, you pay for higher end. But the personal service is next to none. If you get a chance ask for Mike. You won’t be disappointed. Cheers!

100% the Best men's shop for miles!

Left some alterations on a very old suit to the last minute (my own fault). No questions asked, they helped get what I needed done in under a week, even though I didn't purchase the suit with them. Ended up leaving with a replacement suit and a new shirt with a smile on my face. Bill was extremely eager to help without being pushy. Can't say I'm often impressed by retail service but this stood out. Shop local!

I just wanted to send a quick note to Mike and all the staff, I grew up in Waterloo but reside full time in Toronto, when I order over the phone Mike and his staff always have the product in my hands the following day and the store eats the courier charges, also the selection they have is most times far superior than any of the leading stores in Toronto, great shopping experience!!!!!!!

Had an awesome experience dealing with the owner Mark, last night. Mark was personable, professional and provided excellent customer service. I went in to buy a Moose Knuckles jacket and walked out with a Nobis! Mark answered all my questions and educated me about the different products. Hands down will be coming here again! Great job.

Such a challenging time to shop! Right? Not at Channers. I am gobsmacked by their level of customer service. No need to go into the details, but Mike certainly went “above and beyond” any expectations we could’ve had. That, plus beautiful quality clothing is worth trying to shop in these crazy retail times.

Amazing experience!

I just recently picked up a suit and I will definitely be back for more. Everybody in the shop is super friendly and the sales associates are extremely knowledgeable, tailoring to all your demands.

This is definitely the spot in Waterloo region for dress clothes or high class men's fashion.

I discovered Channers a few years ago when I moved near here from Toronto. What a pleasant surprise to find a clothier that carries the labels that I was used to buying in Toronto and Europe. I was fortunate, and lucky I guess, to have Mark Channer, the owner, look after me on the occasions that I shopped here. Mark helped me make decisions for the appropriate styles that are suitable for me. Mark also shows excitement over the product he sells. One very seldom comes across this kind of personal service these days! I'm now looking forward to my next visit!

One of my favourite stores to visit because they take such good care of their customers! I always get help making sure I'm making the best choices, the alterations are tailored to my build, and the staff really know what looks good on their customers. If you want to feel good about being well-dressed, there's no better place to shop.

I've never experienced better customer service at a store. The staff are crazy good at their jobs. They know how to fit anybody, quickly and correctly. And they have great style advice. For higher end clothing, it's pretty affordable, too.

I have been a repeat customer over many years. Realistically I buy one or two items a year from Channers. Price is high but quality is higher. Great customer service. Always leave satisfied. Gentleman on Friday night was great. He was even able to look up purchase history and get my size on a specific brand. 6 stars!

Simply the best selection and service for serious shoppers. From custom suits - to last minute shirts/shoes for a night out - I'm always confident that I'll leave with what I need.
