Runners' Choice Waterloo

I came in to purchase a pair of running shoes and the associate who helped me was super friendly and knowledgable! I wasn't sure what shoe I wanted so he brought out a few different pairs and I never felt pressured to purchase. I left with a great pair of shoes and I'm looking forward to returning :-)

Runners Choice has the most excellent customer service!! I highly recommend this store. Owner Andrew bent over backwards to help me find the proper shoes for my feet which are crippled with arthritis.
It is impossible to find a size 2E anywhere, but he found TWO, ordered them in at no obligation, and I chose the one that fit best! He also helped me to understand the different fits.

I had a fantastic experience at Runner’s Choice today! Chris was able to confirm over the phone that the shoes I was looking for were in stock. Because I was driving from out of town, I couldn’t get there quite in time before the store was closing, but Chris offered to stay late so I could get my shoes. When I got there a few minutes after the store closed, Chris encouraged me to try the shoes on and even get on the treadmill to make sure they were a good fit. Chris, thank you for your awesome customer service and for going above and beyond to make sure I got my shoes in time for race day!

Great little store, super helpful staff. Nice selection and competitive pricing. Offered to order an out of stock item and some great deals on the sale rack. A large donation bin for your gently used runners.

Came in today to purchase a pair of shoes for walking/low impact activity. The associate helping me was knowledgeable and helpful. They measured my feet, brought me several pairs to try out, and listened to my feedback with likes/dislikes for each shoe. In the end I ended up choosing a pair which seem to work well and fit great. Glad I came in since it was a great experience!

Went in to buy a pair of shoes, when they didn't have my size they ordered a pair free of charge to me. Once the shoes came they actually ordered two (one pair a size up)!

I bought the shoes but they were causing me some ankle pain after a couple times wearing them so I went to return them and the return process was extremely easy and took less than 2 minutes.

Great store, will be returning once I need shoes again!

I started running in Jan 2020 and this was the second store I visited locally to learn more about running shoes.

In 2020 I purchased a couple of pairs of shoes and running gear here.

The co-owners here are great and the entire staff is extremely knowledgeable. Many of them compete at the University level.

I would highly recommend the store to anyone in the region looking for shoes or run gear

I visited this location several months ago and still love the Altra runners I was set up with! The staff were super helpful in finding a shoe that accommodated my Hobbit feet, and which version would be best for the use I was putting them to. Will be back when I need a new pair!

Went in for the first time to buy some runners. The sales team that were in store Easter Monday (sorry, didn't get their names) were super helpful and did their best to guide me in buying the right pair of runners for my old ankles and knees. And prices here are better than some other chain stores in the area.

This place is the best, ive bought several pairs of running shoes here and I always get the rundown (get it? that's a running pun!) on what will suit me well and what won't. Every staff member i've come across is an avid runner themselves and they really enhance the experience.

Everytime I've come here the staff have been exceptionally nice to us. They are very knowledgeable about their running shoes and have always appreciated their input into guiding myself or my partner for our next pair! Support location and shop here if you're looking for any running gear.
