This location and its employees have been an absolute pleasure to work with through multiple recent paint projects. The staff are friendly, helpful, and have gone above and beyond on a few occasions. They have made the sometimes difficult process of large paint projects less stressful. I am a lifelong customer thanks to them.

My husband and I are painting contractors in the Kitchener area and we swear by Sherwin Williams. This location in particular is especially close to our hearts as we rely on their above and beyond customer service. We appreciate all the service the staff at Sherwin Williams Ira Needles has given us over the years and we will definitely continue to deal with them 👍

The manager Ryan was very friendly to start. He was very helpful with my paint selections and paint type. Also with materials required for my project. I would recommend this location for the knowledgeable staff, the service and the friendliness. I love the quality of their even though their request you do 2 coats. The paint is easy to work worth and cleans up great as well. If you catch a oops you can wipe it away.

Spoke with someone on the phone to order my paint. She was really helpful and provided info on which paint was best for the project I was working on. My order was ready really quickly and the staff that met me at the door was friendly and really helpful when adding to my order. Will definitely shop here again.

I went in to get some spray on top-coat to avoid smudging a wipe-on Sherwood stain. They recommended a spray-on poly, which was reasonably priced. I'd happily visit again. I know that the stain our contractor used was purchased from these guys, and they colour matched beautifully.

The guys at this location are exceptional. Always top notch survive with a friendly smile. Ryan and his team go out of there way every time to make sure we have everything we need. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work!

I always bought paint from big box stores like home depot. Not anymore. The paint at Sherwin Williams is great. A lot less smelly, the quality is excellent. The customer service at this store is great. Everytime, I knew I could call them, ask for their advice and place an order over the phone for pickup. Would recommend.

First visit was simply because the location is convenient for me but I keep returning because I am always met by a smiling associate who is ready to help. I never feel pressured to buy a higher quality paint or roller sleeve yet the employees are all knowledgable about paint trends and paint advice. I regularly return to have my cans re-shaken before touching up walls.

The young woman that served us was so helpful and knowledgeable. We were buying paint for furniture. She knew what we needed not just with paint and primer but with tool as well. We would definitely shop here again.

Sherwin Williams was able to produce a colour matched stain for my baseboard and window trim so that it would exactly match my new wood flooring. The match is amazing. The staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend them for colour matching!

Staff is always so helpful. Prices are competitive. Lots of selection of paints, tools & supplies.

They keep records of your paint colours Soo as long as their around you won’t be guessing if that’s the right colour. Sales staff was very nice, he carried the paint to my car without hesitation because of my recent car accident.

Ryan and Kendra gave outstanding service in this lockdown time period. Their expertise helped me complete a job in a short period of time.
