I order online from this store, as it is the only place that I'm able to get Iberogast, which is essential for my digestive health. I have only had one order in which any bottles were damaged, and they were replaced without issue. I do wish that this product would occasionally be offered with a discount, as I buy it wholesale regularly, but I've inquired before and it's one of their products that is never discounted. Still, I am so grateful to be able to get the Iberogast from them!

This is my very first Google Review. I have never visited FeelGood Natural Health's Whitby store in person, however, I have used their online service several times. Also, I talked to a very helpful person when I needed assistance once with an order. My online orders were processed very quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased with this store as their pricing was also quite good relative to other health food stores. I don't know about their in store service, but their online service is Excellent.

I have been going to"Feel Good" for years. The staff is always helpful and friendly. They are well informed on the products and will make suggestions based on my needs. If what I need is out of stock they will order it and call me when it's in stock.

I was allowed to roam the store for a bit then offered help. Had great advice on what I was looking for and went home with what I need and if I don’t need it I can return it within 30 days , As long as the packaging is not open. That’s fair.Knowledge is priceless best place to go!
