Super helpful staff. Good service and selection. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will help find the location that does.

Lots of parking available. We'll lit parking lot. Just be aware of drivers stopping in unmarked areas as it is a busy plaza.

Run, don't walk to this location and ask for Bella! Bella helped us out as we shopped for our company Christmas Party, and had us in and out of there in no time! Bella was gracious, kind, funny and above all professional. The store is spotless, and everyone working that afternoon was on their game. Thank You all for everything. Merry Christmas and see you next year Bella, for more of the same!

Great variety of beers and all kind of liquor… they don’t have Peruvian Pisco that is what o was looking for. Customer service was amazing

A well run and clean LCBO with a large selection of all types of alcohol. One of the better ones in Ontario.

Liquor supermarket with walk-in beer chiller. What else can I say? Ah yes, that's it. Faultless...

Was on assignment to find a good bottle of whiskey in a plastic bottle, camping friendly. Was very skeptical but gave it a go. Asked an employee checking stock in the whiskey section and to my surprise she told me about 40 Creek Copper pot, she highly recommended it. Plastic bottle and great taste. Great advice thankyou!

I am so glad I decided to come to this location. I received friendly and helpful service from every staff member. They smiled and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The employee who was stocking shelves asked if he could help me find something. On the way out, the female employee struck up a friendly conversation and commented on a choice of a wine that she likes as well. It is such a pleasure to see employees who want to deliver exceptional service and who want to enhance the customer experience.
They have a great selection and layout is easy to navigate.

The Manager helped during my transaction and was also very accommodating and took the time to address my concern.

There is plenty of parking in front of the store in the parking lot at New Street and Appleby..

This will be my first choice when choosing an LCBO.

Nice store to shop in but the waiting line to check out at 4pm on a week day was annoying. One cashier doing her best but a line of 10 seniors with armloads of merchandise trying to maintain distance, took away from the overall experience.

Pretty good store, always clean and well stocked all year round. Currently they're raising money/asking for donations to MADD (mothers against drunk driving) which I think is really impressive and important, since they sell alcohol. Friendly and helpful staff as well!

Was in a few months ago and I think it was Mike I spoke to. Asked him if he could get Wolfhead coffee whiskey in he said he would see what he could do. To my wonderful surprise today when I went in they are now stalking Wolfhead coffee whiskey! I am super grateful thank you for making it easier for us to enjoy.

I enjoy going to this LCBO because of the variety they offer. Quite often they will sell brands that other locations do not. There is usually ample amounts of parking ( maybe not during the holidays) and the checkout process has never felt like it's 'laging'. The staff are usually very knowledgeable.
This location also usually has a wine tasting/sample table. I seen it quite often here but not other locations.

Great selection of beer. wine and all things alcohol. Store is so big you could get lost in it. Staff was friendly. Reasonably priced.

Great Staff! I was sad to see Belgium Moon sold out and was recommended to try 1694 Blanc now I think I have a new favourite!

They have a huge selection of alcohol from red/white, plus some other wines from lots of countries, rums, vodka, whiskey etc. Coolers, ciders, beer etc. The people who work there are so helpful & nice & so far everytime I've gone there they help you find what your looking for or answer your questions abt the wine etc. Prices are good, it's always clean and organized. If you haven't gone you should check it out. You can also get gifts for people or even just a gift card. They always ID you even if you are way over the age to drink.

Good location. Staff is friendly. I can usually find what I'm looking for and also have exposure to a good selection of spirits.
