Fortinos Burlington New Street

The appearance of this place is still impressive! It's spacious and boasts an extensive range of products. I particularly appreciate the well-organized produce section, where everything is fresh. They offer both cold and hot food options, and their Mediterranean pizza remains outstanding over the years. Good customer service, cashier was very nice, and there's plenty of parking available outside, and the in-store restroom is clean.

Great value for price! The salad bar, soup & sandwich are amazing for lunch! Always delicious fresh food and friendly service. 5 mins from my company, we mostly get catering orders the sandwiches home meals comes with 20 varieties of sandwiches and it is done right, comes with olives! Have good options for vegetarians and vegan as well. Clean restaurant.

The manager and staff of salad bar is helpful and friendly. And floral section is excellent as well.

The most delicious bread you can find in the area. You can find everything that a supermarket has to offer, but the shopping carts are good and halls are spacious enough

My wife and I had the pleasure of being helped by Jasper last week. In a world where genuine customer service can sometimes feel scarce, Jasper was a refreshing exception. He was funny and engaging and was a fantastic ambassador for the store, his delightful personality and commitment to customer satisfaction should be acknowledged.

This is a Beautiful store . Well maintained , clean and amazing staff . Fully stocked inventory and decent prices .
Ample parking space and close to beer store and dollarama.

Bit on the pricer end but overall decent quality. Soup and sandwich shop is awesome check out the prime rib with Tuscan zupa went back the next day for another lol

Love this location. They have more choices then any other Fortinos I've been to. The staff are friendly and store is well organized and clean.

Very clean, friendly staff - they have a great produce section, deli and bakery. Pane Fresco is a nice bonus along with the sushi bar and flower shop.

New to the neighborhood so only recently discovered this place. I know it's going to become my go-to place now as it seems they have everything. I like the fact they had a delicatessen section, salad and hot food as well. I look forward to going back as I normally hate shopping 😅

Best grocery store in Canada. Premium prices are times if you don't catch the sales but a delightful store all around.

I'm from the US so I don't know if this is a normal Canadian grocery store or if it's a specialty, but it's hands down better than anything we have in our area. The hot food section was incredible and all reasonably priced to go. The bakery was nice as well. It was neat to see younger generations there volunteering their time to bag groceries w their team jerseys on. Cool store, will go back.

Well laid out store that makes you feel welcomed when you enter. Lighting is great and it enhances the colors of the fruit and vegetables. There is a lot of different counters that serve a variety of hot food and baking items, so the smell when you walk into the store is inviting. This is an upmarket store, so prices are on the high side.

I just bought a large container of the lobster bisque soup that I have purchased many times before. It was absolutely scandalous very thin, watered down and literally NO pieces of lobster in it. It is the MOST expensive soup that they have and now they have lost me as a customer - completely disappointed and feel ripped off.
As a follow up to this review. I was contacted by the Manager of the store who was very apologetic and wanted to make things right. He checked with his manager of that department and arranged for a replacement soup to be given to me. The staff were very nice and considerate about the entire matter.

Want to recognize Susana in the bakery department, who is always smiling and so helpful (and so quick). She had a cake ready for me in less than 2 minutes (including beautifully written birthday message on the cake)

I love Fortinos. This may be the best I've been to. Friendly staff...great selection.
