Le Marché Esposito

I came here specifically for canned San Marazano tomatoes, which are priced at a fraction of the cost compared to Amazon! I haven't purchased any produce or meat here however, so I can't comment on it's freshness-but if you're looking for some specialty pantry items, it's worth checking out this store.

What stood out to me during my experience here was the customer service. A young gentleman who was stocking the shelves saw me struggling to look for something, and without me asking, he initiated in asking me if I needed help! The fact that he went out of his way to do that meant a lot to me.

Le Marché Esposito is a family-owned grocery store in NDG on Sherbrooke. It is always bustling but patrons are obliged to sanitise their hands and wear masks.
I needed eggs and was also looking for meringue powder. The cashier left her post twice to look on my behalf, in addition to asking at a neighbouring caisse. Unfortunately, none was found but the cashier's genuine kindness and helpfulness was better than any biscuit decoratation. I will be happy to return.

Amazing place to find fresh produce and affordable prices with everything even vegetables

I've shopped at this store since 1989, so yeah it's good. The character of the shop hasn't changed at all! The staff are super down to earth so nice change from most places. The prices are good too.

It's honestly one of the few places that hasn't been price gouging everything, I personally go because it has everything with a little charm to it unlike most grocery stores that all look the same, great prices on meats and the deli counter too!

You find fruits and vegetables at a fairly good price there. Not a very classy and attractive atmosphere as in provigo or IGA, but has many nice optins at good prices, in particular when it comes to fruits and cheese. Also, you can find nice stuff from middle eastern and north african culture, such as herbal teas and nuts and pickles.
Finally, hot baguettes are good reason for me to give the Esposito a visit late in the evenings, once or twice a week.

Super cute community supermarket. Has all the essentials.

A nice, local grocery store that I can walk to year round with pleasant staff. They've got the basic essentials and a bit more. It's a small store so don't expect them to carry the same range of goods you'd find at Provigo. So far, I've never had a problem with anything.

I don't normally write reviews but I have to say, I don't know if the butcher you have is new but when I bought my chicken breasts this week they're was nothing for me to remove! Just had to put them in the marinade and grill!! Delish!!!

I can't believe the prices! 4$ box of quinoa, 8$ for a whole chicken!? I love the selection of imported food- always inspired to try something new. The cashiers are lovely too. I really don't care that it doesn't look as manicured and tidy as IGA. I kind of find it charming tbh.

Excellent selection of all my grocery needs. Great meat aisle & killer weekly deli specials. Affordable & the staff is always friendly which is so key

I love that there are ZERO, line-up. And I can just go and find what I want, . Also there is ZERO sense of being rushed at the check-out counter. I am slow, and enjoy taking my time. Very EXCELLENT experience. I will be going there again, as long as CORONA VIRUS is still the CRAZY people sickness . And even AFTER. Until I move away

Quality of the meat has reduced, in my opinion.

This is the Ultimate place to shop for meat and fresh produce; the prices and quality are great.

This is a a great place to shop you go in and out at know time very busy it's like a drug store nothing is Short of there is know public washroom and that is why there is know waiting period everything is unique wonderful place and loving people there are parking on the street but know need to because the 105bus is always at your rescue check it out folks you will never regret

Cheap cold cuts and foreign insta noodles. Also veggies and beans are cheap and fresh. Myumsss.
Their tap machines i think are not tappable i think, Not with debit anyway

Great staff, selection and pricing. Also love their hours, open late even on weekends and holidays (for the most part). Always have been appreciative to have Esposito's around
