My boyfriend and I went in today to get him a new phone. Justice made the confusing process a breeze, ensuring to check for every available deal so we could get the best bang for our buck. She couldn’t have been more kind and understanding. Her patience and expertise truly made our shopping experience exceptional. We left feeling grateful for her assistance and confident in our purchase. Justice's outstanding customer service deserves recognition.

I've read some of the reviews in here and laugh, not sure what the issue was but I attended this location today and had probably the best experience to date getting a new phone. Justice is a manager here and quite honestly I am shocked she doesn't have her own branch. Justice explained the mess my plan was in and from my own negligence shared with me how much I had been overpaying. She took the time to break down the costs, provide her best suggestions for my phone needs currently and long term and went out of her way to ensure she secured me the best plan and best price which led to me saving 50 dollars a month while walking out with a brand new current model phone. I cannot say enough about her and am beyond grateful for her amazing customer service, honesty, professionalism and overall genuine conversation while waiting for my phone to transfer. This girl will not be here long as I told her I see big things in her future. After reading all the poor reviews on here I can just imagine the real story behind some of them and the one complaining about the secure access inconvenience? Try reading a bit about the many cell phone store robberies and try placing yourself in the employees place on the receiving end of a store robbery before you comment on the company remedy to a legitimate safety issue from the comfort of your keyboard. As for some of the other sour reviews I didn't encounter any other employee aside from Justice so I will just say maybe you got the rotten apple that day and next time ask for Justice I guarantee you won't have a poor review afterwards. Rogers please take the time to recognize employees like Justice, she is beyond an asset to your organization and has great things in her future whether at Rogers or the company that recognizes excellence.

I walked into the store buying a Freedom top up card, but Yash was the guy who not only helped me fixing my issue with Freedom, but also got me on a two year contract for IPhone 15. Got a great deal ! I am so happy I walked in ! 5 star to the store and Service !

Went in for a bill payment, but ended up getting smart home security for my house, never knew I could get something for free. Yash was really helpful in explaining the deals, and very respectful . Good job , really appreciate !

Was struggling for the longest time to find an affordable mobile plan with data. Had a simple talk and text plan without data with Rogers for a while, which gradually increased to nearly $50/month within the last few years of having it. Not worth it at all. Yash was very helpful, polite, and resourceful in suggesting an affordable plan with data, which cost less than what I was paying for my previous talk and text plan. The transition from the old mobile plan to the new one was efficient with Yash’s help. Had a great customer experience with Yash! Would recommend seeking him for support!

I visited this store with a complex issue but Their rep named Yash Ghatge went above and beyond to resolve it.
He provided such a great deal that it was hard to say no to it!

On Friday February 2, 2024 I went to a Rogers store in North York (Centrepoint mall) as I lost my SIM card and was told they cannot help me replace my SIM card. So I called the Rogers store at Brock St & Taunton road and the lady told me to come in before they close and they'll be happy to assist me. So on my way home I stopped by the Rogers store & the lady assisted me with replacing my SIM card. Transaction was seamless. No complaints as this is not the first time I've been to this location.

Yash was extremely helpful.Not only saved me money, also helped me save money on roaming explaining the benefits of Roger's MC. He said he was on Training period.. I doubt ithahH seems more of a Store manager !

great customer service, was with online chat for an hour with no questions answered, I gave up and went into the store to help with my question , all questions was answered in a timely manner.

My mom and I had to come two days in a row. The first day we came and our sales associate was Jordan and he was so helpful and apologetic as he was unable to do anything could do. Nothing worked . We tried to do a phone exchange and it did not work. Everything he tried to do on the computer did not work. He even called tech support and they could not help. 2 1/2 hours later nothing could be done. Sunday when they opened we came back as we had another sales associate help us she was the manager. Once again we got amazing service. Once again we were there for 2 1/2 hours this time we were able to trade my phone in and get a new plan. We were able to set up my phone. We just had a few hiccups. Then since things were going so well my mom decided it was time to trade her iPhone 8 in and she got a new phone. Once again the manager was great she was still setting up mine but was able to get my moms sale started . She was able to get everything done on her phone and we both walked out very happy customers. Between yesterday and today I the sales person we dealt with and the manager we dealt with were great and patience and took all the time we needed and did not rush us out even though we had been there so long. I would recommend this location to anyone.
