LCBO

One of the better LCBO stores with much more premium collection. We were in to get a mimosa and after trying 3 different stores found it here.

Normally I wouldn't rate a store like this because, well it's the liquor store and everything is black and white but in this case I thought it would be good for people to hear how caring the employees were to a customer, they went above and beyond to help a customer with a disability and I was so impressed by them. Kudos to the hiring manager for getting not just good workers but caring ones as well!

The manager Francesca and Bob are the sweetest, so helpful and thoughtful and I’ll definitely be supporting them at this location. We need more customer service professionals like they are. An absolute delight to be in their presence.

They always have stocked what ppl want unlike the Brooklin one who has made a career of not carrying or running out of what ppl want. Meanwhile endless amounts of stuff clearly no one buys.
The staff at all of them are exceptional in customer service. Too bad management can't get it right

Store is organized and has a wide variety of products

The manager and the person working behind the till were so nice. I called in advance because I was looking for three specific things that not all LCBOs carry and they put them aside for me in the office and I didn’t even have to wait in line when I arrived. My husband called me while I was in line and asked me to pick up a nice aged rum and the manager went and grabbed it for me while I was at the counter. He then offered to help me bring everything out to the car. Great service.

The staff they are awesome always willing to help. But if I'm buying for me I'm always asking them for ideas because it's been so long they don't make it any more I like coolers that aren't too sweet. I also like southern comfort with orange crush pop but that's few an far between. The store is always clean an very rarely busy at least when I'm in there. The staff know or try to get to know all their customers nice big spacious isles I haven't brooken any thing in my wheelchair.

Friendly staff who go out of there way to assist you.

As soon as I walked in I got a free tasting from a delightful young lady; then when I needed help, friendly, knowledgable, and honest staff took the time to help me choose between some new wines I was gonna try, asked me what was for dinner tonight, and used expertise with explanation to help me (an amateur to the wine game) find a perfect, and inexpensive, pairing for dinner tonight. Great and educational experience.

I am not a drinker or alcohol connoisseur, so I needed help finding some red shiraz wine last night. A lady offered to help and recommended me a few kinds within my price range, and explained them to me. She was very patient and helpful. Thank you!

I was visiting Oshawa and I was so happy to get served here the staff was amazing and they helped me find all the different alcohol types nike was looking for,,also I was able bring some stuff that we can't get in QC

Friendly staff and clean environment.

A great selection of product. Very knowledgeable Vintages staff had a bang on recommendation for a red that pairs well with duck, which is cool unless you are the duck!

Good location. Parking can be a bit of a PITA, but great selection.

Finally I found my favourite beer here.Maximum Ice is the best beer I have ever tasted.

This is my go to location for Ontario Craft as the selection is great! Cheers to whoever runs this location! Keep up the great work! 🍻

Normally don't write reviews for large corporations, but I've got to give compliments to the staff at this location. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. There is a great team here!
