Fido (Available in the Rogers store)

In reviewing previous posted remarks of this store I'd have been skeptical to have visited.

Wow , was I impressed by their customer services and overall professional demeaner.
I'm dependent on my cellphone primarily for the industry in which I work; during a service call, I misplaced my phone.

On July 20th, I found the closest which is the Rogers/Fido outlet here at 3940 Brock St.N (Taunton/Brock st) Whitby. I was initially caught off guard having to do a face scan prior to entering store.

It was explained that due to previous incidents of armed robberies they had had to implement a scare static to deter future repeats.
I was met by Dante, one of the many associates there. I explained the reason for my visit and the need to replace of my lost phone.
Dante took the time to explain the options and the associated costs. My then service was grandfathered at 4GB at a nominal monthly fee; based on my usage he recommended an upgrade to 80GB for a small monthly increase along with a new Android phone. I'm of an older generation (my kids refer to me as Gen X) and I do appreciate great service . As a previous sales manager for a variety of companies inclusive of "Cantel" , etc ,I was, and am very pleased with the services I received.
On August 31st, I had again to revisit the 3940 Brock St N Rogers/Fido store; this time however, was for a phone which offered a "higher security" due to my needs.
I was met by Thajah (I hope spelled correctly), to whom I explained why my revisit.
Thajah I must say is quite knowledgeable , resourceful, and a sharp thinker.
Thajah took my information, my then phone ,( ..they were about to close {temporarily} for lunch {policy}),and on my return, not only had she transferred all apps/contacts to the new phone, but offered me a chair, sat with me , confirmed that the new phone will cover my work needs plus also explained additional features which this new phone offered above the previous.
In return for her amazing customer care and services I offered lunch/Coffee , but she politely (with a smile) refused.
Dante,Thajah and the other team members I had the pleasure of meeting at this location; I lift my hat. Thank you immensely.

Are you MFs for real? Made me wait outside in 30° heat cz they can't let in more than 2 people

Went to the store to drop off my equipment and I guess they only have one employee working at a time. And she was taking a break for 30 minutes, so if you go make sure call first to see when they take a break
