Indigo - Conestoga

One of my fave Indigo locations. Very clean, nice displays, friendly staff. Worth a look through even if I order mostly online 😂

Indigo has a huge inventory of books and lounge around products.Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Super organized, good lighting, well stocked, spacious, not too busy, colorful, lots of books and other items. Good ambiance at this location. Tons of books to look through and they have them organized by typical sections. There is also a wellness section that includes some water bottles and yoga mats, as well as a candle section, a housewares section, and some others.

Very clean and organized. Staff has great recs! The cash is in an odd location and hard to find, but otherwise my favorite book store.

I loved the store. I can't stop visiting when in Waterloo/Kitchener. The staff were nice and very helpful.

Visited Chapters Indigo at its new location in Conestoga Mall. I was afraid they were down-sizing, but not at all - this new store has 2X the floor-space, according to the associate I talked with.

The extra room means they've been able to create separate spaces/rooms for the kids (nicer, brighter space) and merchandise.

My first impression is that the new location is better. If it brings in more selection, that will be better still.

Great sales right now on all kids toys and houseware. They are definitely returning back to their roots.

The place is amazing, great friendly staff, and the kids section is really nice. The way books are presented makes it easy to reach what you want, and if you faced any difficulty, there is always a staff member nearby to give help.
Its really great to have indigo at Conestoga mall, the mall was missing such a great place.

Beautiful layout! Definitely one of the nicest locations I’ve been to. Wide selection of home decor / items like candles.

I love walking into an Indigo. These days, it seems like it's always a happening place too. I first B-line it to the clearance items sprinkled throughout the different areas of the store.

I'm usually bumping into staff throughout. Staff are always ready to help and so nice. I like to check out all areas of the store.

I am a plum plus member so I get an additional discount which is nice.

I hope the stores bring back authors in store and other fun activities to bring kids in more.

a book store is always my favorite! Lots of new books, and pj's to read comfortably. A great store.

It's a great book store and prices are good but when it comes to the other stuff they sell like home decor and other things like notebooks the prices are like 3x what you find in other places. The store always looks clean and well taken care of and the kids section is HUGE!

It is nice to see that they are taking the health and safety of their customers and staff seriously by enforcing a maximum capacity. And while the mall gates aren't currently open, there is clear signage to help guide customers to the entrance. Cleaning is done frequently and hand sanitizer is offered upon entering.

Go here often, either by myself or with my children. Large store, good selection.

The new Indigo is much of an improvement, it is bigger, more modern, and convenient. They have a gender neutral washroom and a Starbucks.

This indigo is my most FAVORITE one. The staff are nice, they have tons of books, AND they have toy for kids and teen. If you can't find a book anywhere look here. For example I could NOT for the life of me find any heartstopper books and they were all here. Make sure to check this place out ♡
