Don't know what's happened over the last month but I just want to thank you guys there for your quick response and delivery also, it has been great.

I am most pleased with the service Albin provided. One of the kindest people I’ve ever met.

I was very happy with the store employee who assisted me last Tuesday in looking for a specific hair product (mousse), which we couldn't find in any brand. I thanked her for her help and headed away with nothing. I was already in the food section when she found me and handed me a bottle of mousse that she had found. And it wasn't even the most expensive. Excellent customer service.

This is my go-to for more than prescriptions. Only ever had one negative incident in the past 5 years, which I mentioned to someone in the store. I do find it odd that you have to walk through the cosmetics to get into the actual store when the entrance is in the middle.
I find staff is pleasant, polite and helpful. Pharmacy staff is the same and welcoming. Shelves are usually stocked and they have great sales! Kudos for a job well-done!

We have never had anything but absolutely incredible service. Shoppers Brooklin is the only pharmacy we would ever go to. Tony and Alex are the best pharmacists I’ve ever met. They are only people that our daughter feels comfortable to get a flu shot/ vaccine from. They are so patient, caring and always go above and beyond for our family. Anytime I’ve had any questions about medication they know all the answers and put my mind at ease. Thank you Tony and Alex for being so wonderful for all these years!!!

I get my prescriptions, my beauty and my household and groceries from shoppers brooklin and I have to say . Great / friendly staff!! Always have what I’m looking for in stock . Clean store I have no complaints

I’ve been with this shoppers for years. The only time I wasn’t satisfied was during the covid vaccine rush when the pharmacy was incredibly busy and didn’t have enough staff. Thankfully, things have returned to normal. The staff are all great, but they do need to hire more people.

Staff is friendly, and the store is well stocked. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable and quick to serve you, even though they do get busy. Good selection of seasonal items near the front, where the kids will have no problem finding something they like.

Great shoppers extremely nice ppl and always eager to help make things easier for me in my wheelchair even deliver my medication or just help around the store always ask how in doing etc

Great customer service by Albin in finding the right product from the electronics section.
