Beautiful store. Friendly, helpful staff. They didn't have what we needed in stock, but we're able to look online and tell us what other stores in the area had the product we wanted.

Love this store. They have a great variety of different furniture and decor for your home. They recently renovated it and I think it looks awesome!! The staff is very helpful. Great customer service and experience here.

They've revamped the whole interior of the store. The layout used to be a little busy but it has much better flow now. Seems to have a higher end feel with improved lighting.

A surprisingly quick and easy experience. Ordered something for next day delivery and sure enough, it came without any trouble. Some nice furniture and variety as well.

Love it here! The updated changes made to make it an experience there is very evident. Love the misted essential oil sent I assume, which they need to sell! But overall love the colour/theme coordinated sections of house accessories and furniture. The staff are very helpful as well for decorating advice.

This store has a wide selection to fit all your home decorating ideas. Staff is friendly and service is great. They also have a 30-day return policy which impressed me. I also like their wide selection of pictures. It was nice to see a wide selection of colorful face masks for children and adults during Covid-19. Priced at 4 for $20.00 or $5.95 each.

I love this store. I really like the changes they have made and the large decor selection. I do not like the bottleneck when you enter the store and exit the store and almost rated it a 4 star as a result but I enjoy shopping here enough to overlook that part.

Went into the store on Feb 20th and really loved the customer service. The store is gorgeous and has so many nice things. We then ordered a picture on line on Feb 27th and when we rec'd it on Mar 2nd it was damaged. We called the store and spoke to Jess and she went above and beyond in helping us. Would not hesitate to recommend this store to friends and family. thanks Bouclair for the great service.

I went to several BouClair locations recently to pick up items for my new place. Brittany was extremely polite and knowledgeable. Somehow my blinds were even cut as per my specifications unlike the ones I purchased at the Ira Needles location. This level of competency and customer service is sorely lacking these days, and I found these qualities to be noteworthy.

It's a nice store with fantastic decor and furnishings but I didn't find what I was looking for.

We were looking for a picture and after we decided and purchased it we realized that it was passed closing time. Not at any point did they pressure or push us to leave the store. This is how customer service should be!

Coolest Bouclair I've been to! They did a fantastic job remodeling the store and creating a really chill ambience for shopping their great selection of home decor.

We made a purchase of blinds from Bouclair today and Alison and Jess went above and beyond to assist us. We will definitely be making future purchases at this location.
