Just Cozy

Page is ALWAYS extremely helpful and very approachable, we stopped going to London from Woodstock because Page has been more than awesome with my wife and its hard to find people who actually WANT to help you honestly so we are not going to stop coming to this store in Conestoga mall because of Page ALONE

Cute store with so many soft things! So many leggings with different designs, winter hats with pompoms, Sherpa blankets, and a couple of other things. Staff was really nice and store was clean and organized. Not very busy. Located near the Bell store and bikini store. Currently everything is $15, normally $25 I think.

I've purchased quite a lot of things from this store and love their products! Leggings are super comfy, warm, and their winter accessories are great. Unfortunately, my last visit was a bit awkward when an employee was following me and my son around constantly asking if I needed help even after telling her no thank you twice. I spent about 15 minutes in the store and ended up leaving with nothing because this woman was just too weird. Getting in my personal space, following me, and staring. I wasn't dressed, or behaving in any way to make this woman think I was suspicious, and the store has a really open lay out so the whole situation was just super awkward. Still love the products, ill just go to a different location next time to avoid the weird behaviour.

Well, I love the lined leggings for winter, so I bought a bunch online. That was a mistake. Out of the four pairs, only one of them fit properly, so that was a waste of my money.
To remedy this, I decided to buy in store, and try every pair first. A little annoying and time consumming, but it least I know they are cut and sewn correctly.
One thing though is that I will only buy when on sale.
Quality is not worth the $25 price tag, especially the 'all season' ones.
I saw another review from someone saying they had a sales person follow them around the store to them point of feeling awkward and stalked. I have to say that I feel validated, as this happened to me at the same location, on two separate occasions.
Just weird.

I reached out to them as the legging is torn the second time use. The customer service is pathetic, they couldn’t listen to the problem but kept saying the tag is not attached. I am not sure if we have to wear the tag and use and check the product quality. They didn’t have a basic requirement to listen to customer and just said that manager is not there. Apparently, I am supposed to check every stitch before buying, lesson learned. Dropped the pants on their desk with my lesson.

I've ordered many times from just cozy...but this time.. the package never made it to My door. It was taken back to the courier depot. No communication at all. Now I have to drive over 20km to pick it up myself. And instead of trying to help me they have refused to refund the shipping on my order. That's my last order to just cozy.

I love the brand. I love shopping here ESp when stuff is on sale but today I didn't feel good getting into the store. The sales person was on the counter speaking to someone over her personal phone. I hate interrupting but when she didn't get the cue that I had been waiting for a while I ended up asking her a question which she answered however she went back to her call which was full of gossip about her and her friends and who slept with who etc etc. I could clearly see customers who needed assitance but we're ignored only to have them walk out of the store. That's not the kind of service someone expects from a sales exec. I will still shop here because the brand is good but I hope they find someone who does the job as it should be done.

Worst ppl at desk, it’s not about how cheap the cost is but the product too very cheap in quality so as ppl. Better not to visit this store.

I was there shopping yesterday. The two Indian ladies were very rude..They didn't know how the sizes work. I asked where the slipper socks were and she just sucked her teeth and pointed over there..Not very professional. They need to be spoken to by management

I loved it at first,but when I started wearing material from inside have started turning off, worst quality, not worthy to buy.

Worst customer service ever. Rude, ill- mannered receptionist.
