Levi’s Store

Just want to say how much we appreciate the help we receive from Sid every time we go into the Levi store in Conestoga Mall. He always go over and above to make our experience great! He always remembers us when we go in too! Thanks for the great service Sid! You make shopping with an indecisive teenage girl a breeze! 5 stars all around,

What a great group of staff working at the Conestoga mall location. I was having trouble finding my Jean size, thanks to Vishal and I don’t know the ladies name (Turkish) went out of their way to order me the jeans and called me once they received them. I will keep coming back because of this experience and the quality of the clothing.

They didn't have what I wanted and I ended up going and buying at a different Levi's store

They made me pay to exchange my pants! I got two pairs of pants for Christmas, I just needed a size smaller. I went to take them back and exchange them, they had what I needed but the lady behind the cash did not know how to do a price match. She asked for help from another co-worker and he said he did not have the time to 'put in the man hours' in order to figure out the price match. Asking me to pay the current price of the pants. A simple exchange was all I wanted. Also they need to teach their workers how to do these things afterall it is their job.

Pretty sure I counted 4 employees and they were all congregated behind the counter chatting. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me until I asked for a change room. There is a reason why I order online instead of being ignored in a store that can't be bothered to keep a clean change room.

Actually shocked how bad the service was. No one greeted me when I walked in which i don’t really care about normally but no one acknowledged me until I went to buy something. All the employees were around the cash talking about how they had to make their goal for the day but they don’t try to interact with customers? I let myself into the change room because the short girl with curly hair running fits was literally taking selfies of herself. I bought my shorts and honestly I regret giving this store a sale. should’ve bought online.

Passive aggressive employee who assumes things on her own. Wish I had asked her name. She was short and looked like she was annoyed. We bought 2 pairs of jeans from Square One. We didn't know we need to have the tags attached to return them since it doesn't say anywhere on the receipt and not in their refund policy. And the people who were checking us out at Square One didn't tell us that either. We told the employees at conestoga that we didn't know we needed to have the tags properly attached in order to get a refund. The short girl at the conestoga location looked at our receipt and told us "There's no way the assistant manager of the store didn't tell you guys about the tags" which implied that that we were LYING. The other tall white girl told us politely that it's best if we go to Square One to get a refund which was fine. I was just offended by how the short girl implied that we were lying. That day, we had to drive an hour and half to Square One and get a full refund. At Square One they refunded us no problem and told us they can reattach the tags as long as we have the original tags. Even if you have doubts you can't treat customers like liars. That's customer service 101. Thank you for lying to us that you can't reattach the tags (even though the tags were brand new and jeans were unworn), treating customers like liars and making us drive all the way to Square One :) Never ever going back to that location. Super RUDE.
