Very good store, team politely, all explain. Mood positively

Great store and even better staff. Considering its downtown and all the nonsense they deal with, i would say its amazing how positive and friendly they are versus other locations , where you are treated like a burden.

The place is good, but there is no one to speak Arabic to newcomers so that they can solve their problems.

It was great I got the coolest skull with colour changing eyes to hang on the door. And these cool cups to chare with friends the great spirits of joy threw the years. Happy hallows day to come

Well organized store, well staffed so, despite its popularity, wait aren't too long. The security presence is more noticeable than at most stores, but as a downtown store they probably deal with more theft sadly

I can get most of everything in cheaper price.

We are new to Kitchener and this outlet of Dollarama is such a saviour… The manager, security as well as the cashiers are such warm
people. You will get all the necessities and utilities easily. Also it keeps on restocking every week. Currently it has so much of Halloween decor!! Have fun shopping here ☺

Awesome has an awesome selection. Some things that are not at oher stores.

Always a good place to decorate, very pleasant and willing staff and as always reasonable prices.

For me this is the best Dollarama around. It seems to always have everything I need from the store. The staff are aways willing to help me even to carry my parcels out to my car since I am very old and everything is difficult for me. Except my time at this Dollarama.

I went inside Dollarama and the feels is like 100-yen shop from Japan. All basic commodities can be bought from this shop for a very affordable price. I visited this place 3 weeks ago and bought arts and crafts for my 3 years old. One time, my son needs to pee and they gladly allowed us to use the employee toilet for us. Great shop and great service!

Dollarama rocks, savings is incredible. Tons of selection. Friendly and courteous staff. Can't afford inflated prices at grocery stores, Dollarama has most canned goods, cereals, juices , toiletries at the most affordable prices. Wish there was one closer to my house.

This is a pretty decent Dollarama, I think it's a bit smaller than the one on Ottawa St or Fairway Road but it usually has everything one would need. Good layout too. I recently visited one in another town that only had self-checkout but at this Dollarama you always have a regular staffed checkout which to me is a big plus.

Was able to find what I needed easily, they have changed their shelving arrangements. It is more easy to move around the store now with enough space in-between the aisle

I went in for one thing - a large Christmas gift bag. I was surprised at the gift bag section!!! They had beautiful bags and tissue and boxes and ribbons and bows!!! Many of them were beautiful. Needless to say, I left with more than one item. The staff are friendly, helpful, and they know where things are in the store.

Great store in the heart of Kitchener.

Fast, I really like that the cashiers are fast, and these employees usually have no problem helping you find something. The only reason I would suggest they hire some extra staff, is for the lineups.

Conveniently located on King St., downtown Kitchener, this always-friendly staffed Dollarama location provides a consistently clean, pleasant and positive experience, with staff always happy to help at moment's notice. Products are rarely out of stock, as the manager upkeeps the store superbly well and shelves are always full, as well as keeping up with season-specific demands. For ex., this Dolarama has the largest selection of man's flip-flops :) Thank You for 2 years of excellent service!

Good prices and varied products
