It was a bit of a wait but wasn’t her fault , system kept knocking her out and had to start over .

I had not purchased a phone in many years as typically my work provided them. When I walked into Tom Harris cellular at the Sunnycrest mall and was personally treated by 3 of the staff members. . Pauline helped me work out all the details including cost of phone and different plans available, she was very knowledgeable and made it so easy! Definitely recommend going there for any of your cell needs!

I found Conor to be extremely helpful and patient in anwering all of my questions. And in the end got everything I requested. I love my new phone, and looking forward to getting my smart watch as well 😊

Conor Marshal was so patient with me at an extremely stressful time. I had lost my phone and couldn’t get through to Public Mobile. He helped me get through and got me a new phone and plan and had my number transferred. He was amazing

Great experience purchasing a new phone and getting onto a better plan. Staff was great! Pretty busy place but all of the staff took the time as quickly as possible to help each customer.

Great Service. Tried for hours to get thru to telus to a real person. Decided to call Tom Harris. They had a live person call me very quickly. Then went in to the store and was helped right away.

Pauline helped us today and went above and beyond to help us set up and transfer all the data over. She is a very pleasant and efficient worker.

She was great, helped me in all areas an went above and beyond by helping me put my phone card on my phone and answered some questions i had about the alert buttons i wanted to get fir my sick husband
