I wish I got the two peoples names who helped me. It was a guy and girl and they were awesome. Buddy never seen my vape before and he helped me tinker with it as I was having spit back and leak issues. He got it running smoother than ever. They were very knowledgeable and patient with me as they helped me pick out the right juice and after my first hit I knew they nailed it with their recommendation. Also that guy was like a vape wizard. It was very refreshing to have two people help me who seemed to not only like their job but are passionate about it.

Came in for some tf18 coils, owner was awesome and gave me the coils for free since they only had tf16, had the competency to know tf16 were compatible.

Great staff, great in house juices (dexter and 100G custard my faves) awesome product knowledge, pretty sweet loyalty reward program (could always be awesomer), terrible website updating 🤷‍♂🤦‍♂ but they kick ass so well they still get 5 stars, pic is the hardware I’ve bought from them so far with zero issues, even had that iStick pico in my car over the winter being unused and it still works 😳 smelly gross expensive smoke free now for weeks 👍🤘

I have been coming to River City Vapes for years and by far this location is my favourite. The staff are super friendly and helpful. A great selection of juices and I'd come more often if they carried my favourite juice (fresh by Drip social - hint hint!)

Always an amazing experience here! Every time I come in for something, I feel part of the team, for the employees treat you with dignity and respect. The employees make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and also take great care in teaching you about battery and device maintenance.

Came here today after not vaping for a long time, the person working (sorry I didn’t catch your name) showed me options across the board until we had narrowed it down to exactly what I wanted and then he helped me set it up. Even trusted him to pick out a couple flavours for me since there are a million and so far the one I’ve tried is 👌🏼. Zero stress, zero pressure to buy something you don’t want/need just because you’re clueless.

Awesome store and very friendly and helpful staff. My Nfix smok died suddenly and I ended up replacing with a caliburn koko as it sounds like they don’t stock Nfix Smoks anymore. Much prefer the smok over this caliburn. Hopefully they decide to sell the Smok’s again.

The staff here is phenomenal. If you don't know what you're looking for, they'll know where to find it. Very knowledgeable and even more friendly. If excellent service means you're walking out the door thinking "I'm glad I went in there", whether you bought something or not, then this is your stop! Keep it up!

Very knowledgeable staff who are willing to take the time to educate on vaping regardless of media bullying. Never had an issue with them, in fact, they go above and beyond to be helpful, not just sell you stuff you don't need with a smile. Definitely one of my best customer service experiences.

Great place! Staff are extremely knowledgeable, but not pushy. Helped me out big time with finding a suitable tank with my mod. Also really appreciate the fact that they don't bash any other vape shops. The way the juice trial bar is set up is brilliant, can try everything even if they're busy with other customers.
