I go here all the time for work supplies.
The staff are awesome here. Never had a bad experience with anyone here.
The store is decently laid out.
They are getting rid of their Benchmark crab. That stuff is garbage!
I think their prices are decent, but I'm not sure if that is the franchisee or corporate that sets them.
This is a full service store. They carry everything.
I personally have a fondness for the guys in the yard, especially the guys who do the deliveries.
My only real gripe is that they dont own the Kingston/Greenwood HH stores.

The staff are great people who will do whatever they can to fix issues and make their customers happy.

They had exactly what I needed

We bought a J. A. Roby Ultimate wood stove. The staff at Berwick Home Hardware where amazing. We have since gone back an ordered the blower for the stove. I know they have no control over things they order, but they told us a week and it was in, in a week. Thank you we love the new wood stove.

Having a very positive experience working with Tammy W in the Kitchens & Bath dept. She is very open to working with the space you have in order to make it the space you love! The rest of the store and staff will more than meet your needs being helpful and well-stocked.

Been doing business here since moving to Berwick in May 2018. The service levels are consistently very high, and for a small-town HH, they always seem to have what I need for home projects and repairs. And while the pricing may be slightly higher on some things than a couple of the "big box" centers in New Minas, the convenience and service more than make up for that.

This is my home hardware away from home. I have a cottage in kings county and come to this place for supplies for all of my weekend projects. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I like a hardware store where the staff are more than cashiers.

We were not inside as we were there to deliver a trailer load of product. The guys at the dock we're great! Good workers and very friendly!!!
