I’m a first time customer @ Vintage Frames and I made my 1st order on Boxing Day. The sale was just too good to pass up. So I ended up ordering a number of pairs of glasses. During that time of season more packages than normal are flowing into the house. So I didn’t end up opening the package until a week or 2 after I received it. They came in beautiful boxes and were expertly wrapped. After I had a chance to get over my giddiness and sheer excitement, I realized a pair was missing. However it was a busy time for me during Xmas so I didn’t reach out to Vintage until a little later on. Tyler and especially Stephanie were extremely helpful in helping me verify which pair I was missing, and took care of the issue in a timely fashion. Tremendous customer service and ridiculously dope products! I will definitely be returning customer.

If you are looking for dope frames, you are at the right place! This brand is amazing. I've purchased 18 + pair from VF. You are also able to get your prescription put in to your new frames. I love every pair. I feel like part of the family. The social media (IG) is on point. You get daily updates about new products, events and sales. Any questions or concerns, you can contact support and they get right back to you. You can even reach out to the owner (Corey) and he responds. I feel like a valued customer. They have made several improvements over the years. Customer service has stepped it up. Big up's to Phil with all of the website upgrades. No more boring frames! You can get the latest and greatest hip and cool frames. I have a larger head and they have frames that fit me. I'm locked and get new frames every year. Absolute king of the shades game there is no competition. The Montreal flagship store is extremely well-curated. Always excellent customer service. The only downside is that’s is so hard to buy only one pair!

First of all,, OWEEE! They turned out beautiful & very well made! Also the staff is fantastic. I believe the person that helped me was named Stephanie. There was an issue when I ordered online and when I called the store to get help fixing it they were very helpful and accommodating. She even took time to email me photos of my Options while we were on the phone & make sure everything was correct. The optician called me too to confirm my prescription & lens color. The glasses came in good time about 2 weeks exactly when I was told they would arrive. Securely & beautifully packaged & came with original plus my RX lenses installed, a cleaning cloth, a well made aesthetically pleasing Hard case, & a soft little bag case for them too. So glad I got these for myself & that they arrived before my birthday! Thank you VF!

This was hands down the best experience and service I’ve encountered in quite some time. I reached out via email with some inquiries and issues I was having with completing my order, and instead of having to wait for a generic response as seems to be customary with other companies and services these days, Tyler reached out to me within a day and personally saw to my order. He went above and beyond even my expectations for wonderful service and personally made sure everything was streamlined and seamless. I can't rave enough about my 12+ pairs of Vintage frames glasses—they're my absolute favorite shades, from prescriptions to stunning sunglasses. The versatility to opt for different lenses sets them apart. The customer service is exceptional—quick and genuinely caring. Tyler, who's been with me since day 1, is phenomenal. He's not only helpful during the ordering process but continues to provide support even after my order is placed. The quality of the frames are great not to mention stylish. Bigger than that the customer service is stellar in the midst of one of my transactions I had some issues. When I reached out to them Tyler handled everything immediately and assured me that they are always here to support there customers. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great eyewear!!

Tyler takes great care of customers. It's a real pleasure to go there. There are a lot of collectible items you won't find anywhere else. Plus their own brand is just as great. I bought two different frames so far, will definitely buy more.

I’ve been a VFC customer for the longest and I have about 20 pairs total. I’m usually buying the XXL and more recently the King Size. However, more recently I wanted to explore getting the Ultra Goliath II in a couple different colorways. From my understanding the UG II is what the XXL was modeled after so I had to try em out.

I reached out to my folks over at VFC and asked if they had any, and I was in luck because they did. I purchased the pink with the pink gradient lens and a camo frame with the dark olive lens (both shown below). This is my first time changing lenses and they did not disappoint!

I have to say a huge thank you to my guy Phil who is an absolute wizard on these lenses. The turn around time was quick and I had my frames in less than a week! I tell everyone about VFC anyway, but after this last experience, I’m definitely a customer for life!

If you like bigger frames and great lens choices, please check with the team there and grab some XXLs or Ultra Goliaths! Tell em Lewis sent ya… (not that you’ll get a discount or anything, but I’ve always wanted to say that)! 😂

I was browsing their glasses online but I needed to try them on to make sure the fit was right.

First of all, the store looks amazing, once you get in, you noticed how nice and clean everything is, plus, the staff is extremely friendly .

I'm a really picky client and I felt bad for trying so many glasses, but the staff was just there giving A1 service, no pressure, friendly and informative. I literally got the best customer service.

This store is like the Tesla of sunglasses, really inspiring to see top entrepreneurs running their business.

My biggest advice to those who’s re weary about purchasing, VF is always having flash sales! When they do, I’m all over it. But, understand you have to pay to play!
