Attendant is rude. No tolerance for crying children and I wasn't even inside the store. She came from outside telling me to go home

I would give them 0 stars if I could, the family is the epitome of sleazy salesmen. I went in asking for “super slim” cigarettes (I know, how trustworthy is a smoker, but I am a clear headed adult and university student in my mid 20’s. I am trying to cut back which is why I wanted the slim ones, less tobacco) and they didn’t have the one’s I usually buy, so they offered me another pack and literally for 5 whole minutes the mother, father and son were hustling me to buy them because they were slim. I asked many times if they were really thin, and pointed to thin straws on the counter to compare and they all literally were shouting “YES YES YES THEY ARE YES BUY THEM THEY ARE SLIM YES”.
Coming from 3 adults I believed them and bought it, opened the pack and they were just regular width KING SIZE cigarettes. I then tried to return them or exchange them and they all said “No you bought them we cannot accept this.” and continued to lie to my face about what had happened when I was pressured to buy them.

The most unprofessional, sneaky, lying family business I have come across in Montreal. Will not be returning there ever again.

Ero estrellas, son groseros, nos cobraron doble y le enseñamos en la aplicacion del banxo como cobraron dos veces y empezaro a decir que no nos entendian que no entendian el i gles, hasta nos quitaton las xosas de ahi y empezafln a icnorarnos y entre ellos a burlarse, es lo peor que se puede encontrar en montreal, nunca entren ahi.

Une honte.
La dame est odieuse. Mon fils a touché à une peluche et me la apporté pour me demander de lui acheter. Elle lui a tiré des mains et m'a insulté de mauvaise mère. J'ai voulu lui expliqué la situation et elle a crié encore plus fort. Elle à traumatisé mes enfants.
Un conseil, ne passer jamais devant cette boutique et ne croiser pas le chemin de cette femme
