Went to this location today. Around 1:30pm , short stop fisher-hallmen and Ottawa.. To cash on my lottery tickets and to buy more tickets… when the guy behind the counter was puttin them thru the machine. He said to me in not a happy way more like very angry/mad and rude… . he didn’t have a cash on hand he said . And how much did i win .was it more then 50$ ??? Or $20??… then that will take all my cash .. bc he wont have cash in the cash register.., for other customers!!!
He just kept saying this over and over and so rude and angry about it… and then said bc he jus started his shift..

Sorry … not sorry…. Thats not my problem!!!!

Its a corner store that sells lottery tickets.. they should have money for if someone comes in and wins.. should they not???

I stopped there because I had a winning lottery ticket last night 09/03/22 at around 9 pm.
I was not greeted or even acknowledged I walked up to the cashier and the girl was extremely RUDE!
She looked me up and down and asked me if I was 25+ even though your allowed to buy tickets at 18 and I’m 19… I didn't even look at my id and she said she can’t except it and literally threw my ticket to the other side of the counter and took another costumer behind me, id understand someone being scared to sell nicotine products or something but to check a lottery ticket really? I’m definitely never coming here again,
Mangers do better at hiring people that will at least respect your costumers..

My friend and I went to purchase smokes for her father on Tuesday at about 9pm. My friend was asked for ID, which is normal, however the employee, after asking her to remove her mask, said "the girl in this picture is fat, this can't be you" and would not accept assurances that this picture was 3 years old and she's lost a lot of weight since then or accept another form of ID. Eventually her father came in and they allowed her to purchase them. This is not acceptable standards for customer service. Employees shouldn't be commenting on anyone's appearance and she found it to be excessively rude and embarrassing since this was done in front of other customers. It isn't the policy of asking for or refusing ID that is unacceptable, but the way that she was treated when it happened and the fact that they refused to apologise when she called the manager the following day.

West place to buy lottery tickets , they will take your money but will make you wait 30 minutes to get $40 if you win
