I never got to say goobye to my favorite Walgreens lady. I will call her the "welcome to walgreens" lady. I want to say her name is Rita. It was a joy to hear say that when walking in. I love talking to her at the register while checking out.. thanks for the great memories

Pharmacist Barb Chapin really saved my bacon today. When a recurring eye crept up I needed some eye drops. She said they were out but she could order them. Seeing my eye was red and in pain she called around to other pharmacies and found my eye drops accross the street at the competitor and had my script sent over. Instead of worrying about making the sale she was more worried about me getting better. She's always helpful, quick and smart. Thanks barb!

One of the smartest moves I ever made was to stop filling our prescriptions at a chain drug store. Wurlitzer pharmacy in N. Tonawanda is awesome! In one week I knew all the employees by name & vice-versa. The service is outstanding. And, over the counter items are far cheaper than at Walgreens, Wrong-Aid, etc.; always 25-50% less. All these 'buy 2, get 1' free "deals" are not a deal. Few things in life are truly free. We recently moved & I had our new independent pharmacy picked out weeks before the movers arrived.
