Really friendly and helpful staff. Not a ton of men's selection, but the products they have are great quality!

I have to warn people against Rieker men's dress shoes though... I have worn many dress shoes while working in the auto sales business, and I have never had a shoe breathe as poorly as the Riekers. Wet feet after only an hour of wear is unacceptable. They are comfortable and very well made, but the breathability problems make them nearly unwearable. Not the store's fault at all, but had to mention it.

For for a few years now I've purchased shoes at Maxwell's New Minas...not many, perhaps 4 pair total and each time I've been kindly and professionally served. July 7/23 I bought some Sperry Topsiders for indoor slippers, $137 with tax, and have worn them in house under 5 times. Today I noticed the tread had separated from the toe on one shoe! I didn't have a receipt but dropped into the store anyway, and about 5 min. later was walking out with a perfectly new replacement pair, no charge, no question asked, superb. That's a professional shop. Good people, good shoes. Many thanks. Doug

Was in on Saturday May 11th 2019 around 3pm. The young lady who helped me and my mom was wonderful! She was very patient and oh so helpful. My mom has hard to fit feet so the service we received was perfect! Thanks and we will be back.
