Nice selection of fair-priced cards, trinkets, birthday misc and kids toys. Worth a stop!

I returned to this stationer's shop because they were so helpful and followed covid19 guidelines when I was looking for cards. This time I was looking for an accounts ledger for my home renovations. The owner took the time to show me the different types he was selling and discuss their benefits. Once again, i recommend this stationary shop as the staff are kind, professional, and helpful.

Excellent experience! They were very nice and courteous, and exchanged a non working product immediately, and even helped by installing batteries in the new one and made sure it worked. Great place!

Great selection of cards and friendly vibe. Some other hard-to-find products here too - finally got a wall calendar!

Love this place. There’s a crazy amount of cards, wrappings for gifts, gifts and party stuff. Special mention to the Peanuts collection!

Where should I start.

I have always been a customer although I can buy items much cheaper from big box stores or even Pharmaprix, Jean coutu etc. I’ve found cards and stationary materials pricy but nice. I’ve realized lately that the staff is particularly snobby when the owner or manager is not there. This was also told to me by another customer.

I’m not sure if the owner has realized a drop in his sales but this is due to it, I am sure. If you do not fit the « westmount profile » you will sure to receive the snotty attitude.

That’s being said I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

I recently visited your store with the hope of finding the perfect gift for a special occasion. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly marred by the conduct of one of your employees.

The young lady who was supposed to assist me was not only rude and impolite, but also displayed a clear lack of interest in both my needs and those of other customers in the store.

Her dismissive attitude and unprofessional behavior were quite disappointing and not at all reflective of the standard one would expect from an establishment such as yours.

Customer service is a critical aspect of any retail experience, and it was notably absent during my visit.

I hope that you take this feedback seriously and address this issue to ensure that future customers receive the courteous and helpful service that is essential to a pleasant shopping experience.
