Save-On-Foods

I don’t usually review grocery stores, but I had an issue that customer service was not initially able to resolve. I was followed up by phone by management who went above and beyond to help me resolve my concerns.

Overall it’s a clean store with a good assortment of products, but their customer care was truly impressive!

The cashier was very nice. I forgot my member card and she gave me the discount anyways. So thank you to her.

Great store, lots of varieties. Also have lunch tables inside and outside of the store, as well as a microwave!

Very nice employee's. The guy at customer service. He is a mulitasker good at his job. I lost my cellphone there . I realized it in about 10 minutes. I phoned the customer service desk. He answered and said yes it is here someone had turned it in. I said Thank God for honest people. And Nice people like you. Thanks he replied. I found everything I was looking for at this save on foods. Nice store. Everything I get is fresh. No complaints here. Keep up the good work Employee's. Smiles 😃 you made my day a good one. 👍

My favourite grocery store!!! I shop at save-on-foods primarily for the points! I have travelled all over world using save-on-foods more rewards points. I highly recommend it!!!

This place was great. Tones of options for vegetarians and non-veg as well. Customer service was outstanding. Line-ups moved quickly. Not to mention its not too crowded or congested on the inside making it super COVID friendly.

Thank you to Simrin the bakery manager for doing a fantastic job decorating my cake! She took the extra time to make sure my cake was decorated beautifully. Her customer service was excellent and she definitely exceeded my expectations. I will be ordering all my cakes here! - Jenni & Nav

Save on foods has free use of shopping carts. Lots of parking available outside the store and there is underground parking also, shopping carts at the underground also there is a escalator up to the store ,with magnetized shopping carts, the wheels stick the escalator . very clean store Great selection of foods all through the Store. Nice Employees at the self checkout and regular checkout. There is a Great case lot sales happening. My wife Loves the ready made big salads ,they last her a few days. The ready made sandwiches are delicious. Everything is Freshly made here at the Resturaunt area. Also Fresh Baked goods at the Bakery, The aroma of fresh baked goods in this area. There is always great sales. Look at the weekly flyer. Dont forget your save on foods card. Keep safe everyone. This location of Save on Foods is the Best. We recommend this location and store.

My family and I have been going to Park and Tilford Save on Foods for a long time. All the staff are great all over the store. The pharmacy staff is top notch in my books!! Whenever we have to get a prescription we take it to Park and Tilford because they do a wonderful job and very thorough and fast !!

I didnt even go in the store but the moving sidewalks are super fun to ride 100/10 experience would definitely recommend coming just to ride on! 👍

Great grocery store! Lots of selection and always fresh produce. The space feels very clean, bright and airy. Never too busy which makes for a relaxing shopping experience.

This Save-On-Foods is by far, my favorite fave to shop in. The reason is, simply because it sells wine, which really saves a lot of time and in this day and age, we seem to.not have a lot of. So, i can pick out what I'd like to make for dinner, then stroll over to their selection of wine, take my time to pick out what kind i feel like having and pay for it along with the rest of my groceries! How civilized is that? I've died and gone to heaven! Hallelujah! It's about time we have this luxury, don't u think? The staff is very helpful and it's laid out very nicely . It's just a very nice place to shop.

4 million times better than walmart

I go there to buy breads for my breakfast, I find fresh and diverse kind of breads in there that I really enjoy, next to that you can find variety of fresh flavored meats that are the best in town. 5 stars.

This is the best Save-On-Foods I've been to. The set-up is different. They even have a carving station! Staff is friendly and helpful, but I wouldn't do my monthly grocery shopping here as their prices are relatively higher than Superstore's or Walmart's. However, they put stuff on sale regularly.

Great save on foods location, always stocked well with fresh produce and generally has good deals all the time. The fresh food kitchen/BBQ to your left when you walk in the door servers really delicious food for good value.

Big store, quite clean, lots of selection, prices are decent. They do next day delivery for cheap, which is way better than going to the actual store. 5/5
