Beauty Boutique by Shoppers Drug Mart

Pharmacist has no personally or the ability to greet a customer. Been here a few times already, they use to have a great pharmacist who knew how to communicate with customers. He must have left and was replaced by this middle aged man, dark hair, wears glasses who doesn't know how to deal
customers.

Both times I've been here, this guy taps away at his computer while customers are standing there waiting for him to finish. I'm standing at the counter and this guy doesn't even look up or even have the sense to, at a minimum acknowledge you and say "hello, I'll be with you in a minute."

It's like he's deliberately ignoring me as if he's hoping that if he does it long enough that I'll just go away. He must have been writing a novel or something because it took him almost 15 mins to finally acknowledge that I was a live customer standing in front of him.

I don't know what's wrong with this guy but this shoppers just lost my business cuz customers shouldn't be treated this way. This guy was so rude and obviously could care less if he loses a customer.
