The guy working behind the counter was so professional, accommodating and knowledgeable. If i lived in lac la biche id make this place my regular stop, even though they were low on stock he made sure we left the store happy, 100% the best experience ive had on a vape shop. And their little greeter roxy was adorable.

Incredibly friendly staff, reasonable prices for small town Alberta. Above all else the customer service at this location is impeccable. The staff are thoroughly versed in their own products and the safeties and precautions to be employed in their use. I was having a terrible day when I first stepped foot in the location and left relaxed and at ease. The people who work at this shop genuinely seem to care. Far better than a lot of the bigger vape stores in larger cities.

First visit. I was in the store looking for something not typical and they had it. I was so lucky. Their knowledge of juices and vapes is vast. Stop by and check it out. Very clean and relaxing inside the store.

I have to say that the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met and their customer service is top notch. Great selections of products ensuring you will always find what you need.
