This store is great for buying men's women's and kids clothing, jewelry, makeup and fragrance, housewares, and home goods. I find that they have pretty good sales with items available in stock. They will order items direct to your home if you cannot find it in the store.

Honestly had a great experience here. As a single father with two little girls, I was perfectly accommodated by the person who was working close to the men's fitting room. As I asked him for sizes for 2 dress shirts and 2 pants, he returned with the asked sizes and some recommendations with different shirt colors. This allowed me to try out many other designs when I went to the fitting room. I ended up buying his recommended shirt. When the worker first approached me, he introduced himself as Bedo, so please give him a raise if any managers are seeing this!!

A blast from the past, reminds me of a world long gone. Way better times with way better people. You can already see the decline in trust has eroded what they can safely leave out without criminal scum stealing it. I wish they could stay forever.

What's a better physical store for the things you need that are not groceries, for your car, or specialized?

It's very easy to find male and female section. There is no upstairs or either downstairs.

Totally enjoyed their summer collection opening performance. Giving chance to them to perform was a wonderful idea. The music and dance was a treat for our ears and eyes!

Beautiful location and very clean for how much traffic the store receives. I didn’t catch her name, but a lovely employee went out of her way to complement a jacket I was really debating getting - ended up getting it! Nice staff & good selection of classy/workwear clothes.

I had the most wonderful shopping experience here today because of Sharon at the fragrance counter. She was extremely helpful and patient in allowing me to try different perfumes. Thanks to her assistance I purchased a fragrance that I absolutely love! Will definitely be returning for all of my perfume needs.

First time going to this store located in Conestoga mall. Beautiful and nice stuff but not as much as the one in Cambridge mall. Nice and friendly staff

It's a big store and I fall apart shopping so I'm not the best reviewer. I gave it 5 out of 5 because I got a great deal , two for one on already marked down items. So two parts for the 50% off price of one. The Bay is like a secret, you forget they have ton of stock and you can find great deals.

I came today with my mom and it was crazy busy in there but I asked one of the employees to help me out her name is Marwa she was super kind and helpful. Also I asked her about the Hudson Bay reward card she called the rewards card to change my old number into the new one. I really appreciate her help.
Great atmosphere and great workers.

Everyone is so helpful. I was looking for the correct place to get batteries put in my watch. The lady at the jewellery counter came all the way out to make sure i knew exactly where to go.

At the watch repair place the lady there was very professional and helpful. Has good communication skills.
I would highly recommend anyone who needs a watch repair or battery replacement to go to the Bay! The staff ❤ care.

The employee “shelly” in the perfume section was phenomenal. We visited on April 12th at around 2pm. She spent so much time helping us find perfumes. At first, we walked in not knowing what we wanted at all. She took her time to try and understand exactly what we prefer in terms of scent type. Then, she made us smell almost everything and explained exactly what each perfume is like. We ended up buying perfumes that we absolutely loved because of her help.

In store shopping with help from an associate is much more pleasant and enjoyable than online shopping. The sales person at the jewelery counter helped me find just the right gifts this mother's day. Comparable prices and you can actually see the items before buying!

We got what we wanted and needed at the cosmetic counter. The young cashier/ sales person was very pleasantly helpful and professional. She took care of us with our purchase. Then pleasantly said I hope you ladies enjoy the rest of the day. We felt very confident with the help we received as we walked away.

A very good place for everything including home,clothing,shoes, furniture etc..the prices are usually higher as they got good brands but the sale often comes and you can get items for a very good price

I really wanted to write a review about Shelly in the cologne section. She is super knowledgable and very nice. I've bought almost $400 worth of perfumes from her and the best part is that she actually remembers you. The last perfume I bought, I had no plans of buying but she introduced me to an amazing selection which I couldn't resist. She really knows her stuff!!!
