Call It Spring

Love this store!! I’m greeted right away as soon as i enter, love the selection and especially love the staff and how sweet the girls are there. Everyone is super helpful in getting sizes and recommending styles.

I visited the store Tuesday, November 15th during the evening. The individuals on staff were amazing! Both ladies greeted me on the way in, and they both helped me at some point. They were extremely patient with me, as I was in the store for over an hour trying on various shoes, styles, and sizes. They both had extensive knowledge of their products, and were able to recommend how to break them in, or what to add for extra comfort. The products that I liked were in stock. I purchased a new pair of black heels and casual white shoes, alongside heel pads and shoes wipes— all of this came to $120. I will definitely be back to this store in the future!

Stopped by here today to get some new shoes for work and the girl working was a rockstar! There was quite a few customers in the store and she was helping them all super efficiently and still being really pleasant. Great experience :)

Had a pleasant experience in store! The associate took the the time to help me pick out a pair of heels for an event, I was specific that I wanted something comfortable and low heel. She really catered towards what I was looking for. Will return to the store in the future. Thank you!

Always like shopping at this location I never get to interact with most of the employees but Ricko is best sales person they have . Last time I went to get a shoes he was very helpful and patience with me. Got some sneakers , plus he went through their sunglasses collection told me they were on sale and got some pretty glasses! Appreciate the service!

Great styles at competitive prices; but, what really stood out to me about this store is the customer service. Marcelo was amazing. I had a problem with my shoes that involved a defect but I didn't have my receipt. He went above and beyond to help me get the issue resolved and I was extremely satisfied with the result and the way I was treated. He seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me. I will definitely be purchasing from this store again!

Great customer service from Sami. She was very friendly, patient and helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for. Above all, she was smiling.

Great shoes and great prices. Wait for the sales because most things end up going on sale. I wont take off a star for staff attitude because the shoes themselves and prices are great. But, some staff can work on their attitude and obvious annoyance on their faces.

Amazing customer service! Friendly staff always wanting to engage and help. I was in there last week and received help from a very nice young lady. I left with what I wanted! Will be back.

Found what I want but not the right size. They made the order for me, I asked for in-store pick up and it arrived at the store quickly. Can't complain.

The manager Lisa is wonderful! The staff are also very friendly and the store always looks clean and organized.
