The place appears quite tidy, not overly crowded, and the pharmacy area seems to be relatively quiet. The pharmacists are quite cooperative, and they go out of their way to assist you by accompanying you to the medicine aisle. On one occasion, when there was a shortage of baby Tylenol, the pharmacist provided valuable guidance and directed me to another pharmacy that produces Ibuprofen specifically for babies. This was an extremely helpful gesture from the pharmacist.

I found the front staff member Hannah, very helpful, both when I called (got through on first try but it was early morning) about the availability of an item, and then later when I came to the store, she was cheerful, thoughtful and efficient. After reading the negative reviews for this location, I felt compelled to say what my recent experience was.
I don't shop at Rexall often, since their removal of the Air Miles program, and there are no locations close to where I live, but I do go on occasion, and wanted to say that I have not had any issues of late.

The pharmacist that was working this evening (Oct 20) was super quick to find an ointment for the deep cut on my finger! I walked up to the counter, told him the problem, he walked to the aisle and handed me a cream and told me twice a day and I was on my way! Loved the self serve check out as well. Very quick and easy! Thanks!!

I have been dealing with this pharmacy for several years. It has always been a good experience for me. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is in my estimation effecient and supportive.

Very fast, reliable and super friendly staff. I switched over from Shoppers Drug Mart due to long wait times, several unfriendly staff members, low pharmaceutical stock, unreliable pharmaceutical inventory, long wait times for pharmaceuticals needing to be ordered from manufacturers, rarely answered phones past 730pm, unreliable pick up times, and poorly stocked shelves...best decision I have ever made. Thank you Rexall for giving me peace of mind. 100% recommend

Very nice and courteous staff. I was able to get my prescription faxed from my doctor within 15 minutes and they had my medicine ready within the hour. Not sure why the bad reviews, but I'll be coming here for all my medical needs. :)

Great experience with the pharmacist! They didn't have the medication in stock that was prescribed and he helped me call around to find a place that did. Amazing service with compassion!
