Wonderful place! Great location, fabulous views and facility. The staff are friendly, warm and inviting with a wealth of information. Lovely breakfast. Local wines available including some house labels made from the family's vineyard. A pool for the warmer months and a hot tub for any starry night of the year. Decent onsite rental bikes for touring the local vineyards. A great full service town just a few kilometers away. Great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

We loved our 3-night stay here! In fact, we modified our trip itinerary so that we were able to return for another 3 nights on our way back. Felipe and Sebastian were fantastic hosts - so helpful and happy to coordinate day trips for us. Relaxing by the pool, reading a book, soaking up the sun, drinking wine... What more could you ask for? Highly, highly recommend staying here, truly a highlight for us!

A room in a small vineyard, wow! So peaceful, quiet and homey! Felipe is a kind guy, full of informations and always ready to help. The room is beautiful and comfortable. And the breakfast served every morning is delicious! Highly recommended, especially at this price! A wonderful stay!

We were supposed to stay here only for 2 nights and then we fell in love with the Hotel so we stayed here for 2 more. It’s a magical place. Not only the surrounding and the fantastic rooms in the new wing, we loved the old part of the hotel as well (stayed 2 nights in each part) and not to mention how wonderfully everyone treated us. There’s something for everyone here! We loved every second here ❤ Felipe, Diego and Nicolas made the stay here even more perfect! Thank u 🙏🏼

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location is beautifull. The rooms are very luxurious. The breakfast was fantastic. We really felt welcome during our stay. Also there is a vineyard close by, 15 minute walk throw the winefield. Laura Hardwyck.

Absolutley wonderful. The hosts are very generous and fun to chat with (Philippe speaks english). Their wine is fantastic, and the king size size bed is divine. It has been the best part of our trip so far!

Absolutely wonderful place, very cosy and clean. Felipe is a very friendly host, we felt like at home. Highly recommended to try his own Cabernet Sauvignon from the grapes just outside the hotel!

Amazing hotel. Fernanda is the best staff ever, so helpful and knows everyone working at the best places to eat in town, so she always gets the bed tables!

Nos quedamos en el hotel en días entre semana con pensión completa. La habitación era súper grande y muy cómoda con una tina de agua caliente en la terraza de la habitación. Contaba con toallas y batas, además de secador de pelo. El desayuno es predeterminado, el almuerzo y la cena se puede elegir de un menú muy amplio. La comida es muy rica y contundente. Las vistas del hotel son hermosas y hay varias cosas para hacer y lugares para descansar. Recomendado para ir en fechas que no sean altas si se quiere disfrutar en pareja.

Excelente lugar, limpio; tranquilo; ordenado; todo muy natural y te atienden muy bien, el precio vale la pena. El restaurante también muy bueno, exquisita comida y la barra tiene gran variedad de tragos. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Es un hotel pequeño pero muy cómodo. Ahora vinimos en pareja pero es perfecto para venir con niños tambien. Tiene unos patronales preciosos que incluso cubren un terraza donde puedes tomar desayuno o cenar.
El desayuno incluido muy rico! Incluye jugo, café, leche, frutas, galletas, pancito de diferentes tipos, etc.
La piscina al aire libre y temperada, ambas muy limpias. Las disfrutamos mucho.
Lo mejor de todo fue el personal, todos muy amables y el picoteo que hicieron en la tarde junto al fogón con carnes y verduras a la parrilla y vinos de la zona.
Definitivamente volveremos!

Viajamos desde Concepción, la verdad con un poco de temor, antes de reservar pregunté por ig y llame por teléfono para poder aclarar todas mis dudas y la verdad que demasiado amables, siempre atentos a pesar de las tantas preguntas.
La llegada:
La recepción muy buena, nos indicaron la habitación, reservamos la suite y la verdad que bastante cómoda, aire acondicionado Perfecto (no hacia nada de ruido) no hay ruido a los alrededores, buena señal, y llega Uber, queda cerca al centro de Santa Cruz, la comida muuuuuuy rica, el risotto de 4 quesos, (espero no equivocarme 🤭) de lo mejor que he comido, el ceviche súper rico. Las piscinas muy ricas, ricas.
Sin duda alguna volveremos el siguiente año. 👌

Si quieres desconectarte y descansar este lugar es la primera opción.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas, la atención un 100, la comida bien preparada.
Realmente todo muy bueno, recomendable para parejas o familias.
