Chocolatería Patagonia Dulce

Avoid at all cost, if you are on a diet! Once you cross the threshold, the embracing smell of sweet pastries and freshly brewed coffee will make it absolutely impossible not to indulge in a slice of cake. The most decadent of all is a chocolate mousse cake, aptly named as the cafe itself "Patagonia Dulce" or sweet Patagonia, but the raspberry one is not to be missed, either. Accompany them with a hot chocolate, a cappuccino or a very good espresso, all of which can be requested with a topping of home made whipped cream. Service is kind and fast and the ambience is very warm and welcoming. If you are in a hurry all cakes can also be had to go. Highly recommended.

Great place to stop for dessert, particularly on a cold rainy day.
Wide variety of cakes and hot chocolates, difficult to make a choice, particularly when manjar and dulce de leche is involved.

The lady owners are so lovely and friendly, they offered to pack up for take away the leftovers from our huge slices.

Loved this little spot! We visited three times over a course of four days. The coffee drinks were a treat - full of coffee flavor along with hazelnuts and chocolate. We tried the lemon meringue pie, chocolate dulce de leche tart, chocolate florentines and multiple flavors of their biscuits (cookies.) The cookie flavors change daily but the brownie cookie was my absolute favorite, studded with dark chocolate and white chocolate chips. Everything is really rich but so deliciously wonderful. The ladies were all really sweet and accommodating so excellent customer service as well.

Excelent place to enjoy a coffee or tea and try the most amazing pastries in the city. I had their three-tier chocolate mousse cake and it was spectacular. Also, the people working (I think one of them was the owner) there are absolutely the best. Super kind and helpful.

Great place to hangout for conversation, reading, or taking your time. The desserts were absolutely amazing! I had the opportunity to speak to a pastry chef who shared all the details of the various treats. I ended up eating the raspberry dulce de leche cake while there and taking their signature cake to go after it was freshly made and the mousse set.

I loved this magical spot! It is sweet in every way. The decor is charming. The ladies working were friendly and helpful (we don't speak much Spanish). And everything we ordered was delicious. If you appreciate good sweets, this is a must visit place. The bitter chocolate ice cream was a particular favorite in my group. It seems to be popular with the locals, which probably says more than I possibly could!

Woah. Best alfajores I’ve ever had. So delicious!

So good we went back twice. Dirty Chai and El Chile drinks were delicious. Recommend the cookies, chocolate red berry cake, and dulce de leche cake. Staff was very friendly.

Although they’ve got a huge selection of sweet treats, teas and coffees, we had an incredible savoury breakfast with avocados, scrambled eggs and home-made bread. Their friendly service made us feel like at home!

French traveller here : Beautiful spot when you are hungry for some sugar ! 😋🍰 We tasted 2 different ones with chocolate base and they were really Tasty ! Big portions, not really expensive and the service is smilly and very nice ! I highly recommand if you stop in the city.
PS : free WIFI if you ask people there.

We came here twice during our time in Puerto Natales. The house coffee special is delicious and a great range of cakes available. Highly reccomend to anyone visiting the area.
